I always booked Just Life for my cleaning for my carpet for my curtains for many things but lately they become very bad service the cleaners don’t show up. They confirmed the booking. They don’t come. They don’t refund the money. They don’t do nothing you message support him. They don’t support you. They don’t really care. Basically they ask to connect you to the manager. They don’t answer you that they disconnect the call or they disconnect the messages so it’s very bad service, but it used to be good

I've used Justlife for a few years with their home cleaning service and to be fair it had always been on time and to a high standard.
Recently I decided to use the laundry service so I put in a comforter for cleaning, which was advertised as 55aed, and with a 30aed discount voucher the total price was 30aed, which they duly debited from my account.
However on return they debited a further 204aed for some unknown reason!!! I've sent emails, messages to them from their app but heard absolutely nothing from them!!!
This is totally unacceptable and as a consequence I've now looked elsewhere for my cleaning services

I have very mixed experience with Justlife but lately I’m very dissatisfied, they don’t show up, last minute cancellation, professional leave before the ending of the paid time and no real solution from customer service. Today I booked for a professional at 8am at 8.30 I could not reach her. Justlife called me she arrived, what was not true at 9am she still was not here and now the booking is cancelled.

Laundry was collected but not returned as scheduled. There is no phone support, and the chat service was ineffective in helping locate my clothes, offering only repetitive responses with no real action. Compensation was later offered, but it required reusing the same service and had a short expiry, which does not feel like a fair resolution.
They recently sent me an email that they want to add 100AED to my wallet for compensation. After one day they closed this action claiming that I did not react/confirm timely!

I've used JustLife for two weeks without issue, their maids would simply ring the bell, I'd open the gate, done. This morning, that changed.
I received an automated phone call claiming their personnel were "waiting in front of the house." I opened the gate immediately. Nobody there. Checked the app, still showing the maid was "underway." Minutes later, an SMS arrives: service cancelled because they allegedly waited at an open gate with no response.
So let me understand: an automated call told me someone was waiting who wasn't there, the app showed conflicting information, and the service was cancelled based on a claim that's demonstrably false, all without a single human being picking up the phone to actually communicate with me.
This is what happens when a company's entire value proposition is being a platform that rents out other people's staff. If that's your business model, the least you can do is make your platform reliable and your communication human. Instead, you get bot calls, contradictory app data, and automated cancellations with no recourse.
JustLife isn't a service company, it's a badly programmed middleman.

The two Filipino maids came and they left almost 30 minutes early from the end time . They were not respectful- on their phones, acting strange one locked themselves in my bathroom for some time after it was already cleaned and 300 AED went missing from my wallet. One of the maids name was Juliet. Please be aware

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding the appalling service I received from your company. What occurred is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total lack of professionalism, standards, and basic respect for clients.
I booked a cleaning service yesterday at 1:00 PM. No one showed up. After waiting over an hour, I contacted your team and was informed the cleaners would arrive one hour later. I waited again. No one came. Only after contacting your support once more was I told that a new team would be sent the following day.
Today, four staff members arrived at 9:00 AM at my new apartment. They entered, started cleaning, and I left briefly. When I returned, I was shocked beyond words.
One staff member was sleeping on my couch.
Another was sleeping in my bed.
A third was sleeping on my dining table.
This was not a mistake or a misunderstanding — this was deliberate, unacceptable behavior.
All my furniture is brand new. Your staff unpacked it, removed the protective plastic, and then used it to sleep on. This is a serious violation of hygiene, privacy, and basic professional conduct. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life.
Allowing employees to sleep on a client’s bed and sofa in a newly furnished apartment is outrageous, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. This goes far beyond poor service — it shows a total absence of supervision, training, and standards.
I am extremely disappointed and furious about this experience. I expect this matter to be escalated immediately, formally investigated, and addressed with serious consequences. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for any company claiming to be professional.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Justlife for nearly 3 years, and until recently my experience was generally positive - especially thanks to the cleaner who usually comes, who is truly lovely. Unfortunately, the service and customer support have deteriorated significantly.
I booked a one off service for the morning, but nobody showed up and I was not informed in advance. I only found out after I reached out myself. Customer support then told me the service would be rescheduled 3.5h hours later, and the agent explicitly promised someone would arrive at 14:30 sharp. I agreed and waited again - yet once more, nobody came.
At 15:00, I received a call saying the team would be late because they needed to take lunch. This level of poor planning and communication is unacceptable, especially after already missing the original booking and giving a second chance.
To make matters worse, I spent around two hours in support chat and received no proper resolution. The communication was unprofessional, with poor english and an inappropriate tone.
After wasting an entire day waiting and chasing updates, I can confidently say I will not use Justlife again, despite being a loyal customer for 3 years.

Now they replied “email us “ this email address is not valid I did it and I’m sure . Been using JustLife for nearly three years so I’m not sure what’s changed in the recent months but the service has quickly gone downhill. It began with laundry pickups happening hours after the scheduled time which wasn’t that big of a deal but we had an instance in mid-December where we had to reschedule a laundry pickup and paid the extra service charge only for no one to show up. Contacted JL for a credit but nothing came of it. I rescheduled the pickup two days later and paid the extra fee even though no one came on the original scheduled day/time. Three days ago I received notification that my session was complete and my account was on hold due to an outstanding payment from mid-December. I knew this was an error because I had no scheduled sessions and all my December sessions were paid upon completion. I contacted their useless customer service and the lady agreed that it looked like a glitch in their system. While I was in the chat they went ahead and charged my card the full amount for a service which was never scheduled or completed. I have spent the last 48 hours chatting with bots, bot-like humans and receiving automated emails which have absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand. No one has contacted me which leads me to believe that your company is charging for services they haven’t provided and refuse to address the issue with your customers by simply ignoring them. I will make sure everyone I know who uses JL is made aware of this and I will be taking my business to an honest company with real people I can speak to if necessary.

Returned my Armani jacket with a hole after laundry service. Damage denied without proof, no compensation offered beyond wallet credit. Would not trust this service with luxury items.

The final outcome remained unchanged, with responsibility denied and no repair or compensation offered beyond wallet credit.

They dont take responsibility after they broke my 1,000 aed mirror which weighs 70kg and they blame it on a cat rather than taking responsibility. They claim they are handling the situation just like what they replied to my review but they haven't done anything and they are not reimbursing me for the damaged stuff.

I subscribed to a three-month home cleaning plan, five times a week on weekdays. The first week went smoothly, which gave me confidence in the service.
Sadly, things quickly went downhill. My cleaning booking was cancelled just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I accepted this the first time, as I understand that issues can arise. When it happened a second time, I was still patient.
However, this has now happened for the third time, again with only 30 minutes’ notice. At this stage, it is clearly not a one-off issue. It disrupts daily plans and completely undermines the purpose of paying for a regular subscription.
Equally disappointing is the lack of customer support. There is no active live chat, and although I raised a support ticket requesting a callback, I have received no response whatsoever.
I am now attempting to cancel my subscription entirely and sincerely hope that I will receive a refund for the unused period. Reliability and communication are basic expectations for a service of this nature, and unfortunately, Justlife has fallen well short. I would strongly suggest others think twice or even three times before signing up.

One of the worst nanny & maid service providing companies which ignores client requirement and disrespects its staff religious values. Moreover they deducted incorrect over amount from my account without my consent and stopped responding me unless I told them was going to report to police. Staff communication is poor and disrespectful to clients and mostly to the staff. They cause lots of stress to client and staff and it affects on staff performance.

Before writing this review I have been trying to get nanny as per contract upon our arrival and was in touch with their supervisor Waqas who contacted me after incident with deducted unauthorized amount from my account. So pointless to email them as this is how they “work”. Supervisor Waqas was comforting me that upon arrival I will have a nanny. Now he said “no nanny”. Moreover to what I said will proceed with legal action I got response “upto you”.

We sent bedding to them for cleaning and ironing, when it was returned the fitted sheet had multiple parallel holes. They say they checked CCTV and it wasn’t their fault. We will never use them again because of how they handled the issue, you need to be aware they do not take responsibility for damage.
