I ordered my Mercedes A-Class one and half year back and had to wait quite a long time due to unexpected delivery circumstances in EU. And when it finally arrived few weeks back, the car configuration lacked panoramic rooftop option. Which was somehow not communicated to dealer and made me not to accept the car with it. But it can happen and I appreciate that JustLease was able to rectify their mistake and offered me to reorder again.
Here I would like to thank Reginald van Grootheest for his immense professionalism, support and understanding, to resolve the issue together with me. Direct, clear and efficient communication! We reordered the car again now and as said expect to receive it within 9-12 months. Can’t wait to ride my new Mercedes CLA soon! And yes this time he made sure all the car configuration was according to my preferences. Thanks to Reginald!

I was helped by Bob, I was lucky to have him every time on the phone , so didn’t need to explain my situation several times , he remembered our previous conversation a month ago. Very professional, at the same time personal treatment. Love it and decided to continue my contract with Justlease.

Ordered a private lease Tesla online through Justlease. The website was user friendly and all the options were clearly described. Once confirmed, I was contacted by Tom (account manager) and he answered all my questions promptly and clearly via email. Had some issues with the Tesla app today and reached out to the helpdesk and spoke with Mieke. Didn't have to wait too long on the line and Mieke addressed my issue professionally and efficiently. I was nicely helped by the staff of Justlease throughout the ordering process. I am looking forward to a smooth sailing and enjoyable lease experience in the years to come!

It is easy to select a car you want to make use off as a private lease car, even if you want specific options.
It is also easy to make an account on the site from Justlease, the only negative thing I noticed was that it isn't updated correctly about the delivery of the car and the personal information about the delivery. I had the call Justlease, on my account it sad 1 week but during my call I was told that it would take still 1 or 2 weeks and that the delivery was at a Dealer at the other side of the Netherlands even with a Dealer 15 minutes away from my home address, I had the option to let the car be delivered at my address by paying a small compensation. A couple day's later I received a mail from the Dealer with a date that the car could be delivered and due to the fact that is was a great distance to my address, that the car could be delivered at my address for free. The car was delivered as was told on the correct time. We were happy that we finally received the car and could drive with is as specially since we ordered the car already in January 2022. But looking at our account the car stood still to be delivered with a waiting time 3 weeks. We received our car 8th November and since this week is our account finally updated. In our opinion is this something to pay attention to, further is our account now nice to look at with a lot of information, and are we happy with our car.

Had a good experience when picking up my new Peugeot e208.
It went quick and smooth, there was a small damage on the car but this would be repaired as quick a possible (at ofcourse no costs)

Always good and prompt service. Was also able to fill the gap between my lease car and new car by extending for a arbitrary period, thanks to Tijn Arends
