Obtaining the quote was very efficient…
Obtaining the quote was very efficient and by very helpful staff. Once accepted however, repeated sms and email messages received to log in to the Just Kampers account to accept the terms and conditions, threatening to issue a Toad Traffic Offence if not completed, but there wasn’t anywhere to action this. After waiting 30 minutes in a phone queue and another 15 minutes on the phone it could only be completed either by being sent the document or over the phone. Not good at all.
