Spend your money elsewhere

I ordered an item that was listed with false measurements, nothing like what I received. I tried reaching out multiple times by message and email to fix it and got completely ignored. I only got a response after I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

They sent me a return label, I shipped the item back, and it was delivered to them. Still no refund, no response, nothing. They also never confirmed the return to my card company, which has just dragged the whole process out longer.

Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else. This company doesn't stand behind what they sell and disappears the second there's a problem.
