I was referred to them by Citizen Advice Bureaux and it was a complete disaster. Very unprofessional, I did ask them regarding writing my own witness statement and I never got an answer from them. My case was dismissed just because that statement was missing. Extremely frustrated and disappointed... Stay away from them as much as you can
