Never received my order. Bad company to deal with. Never again

I ordered a pair of pants and a sweater. The sweater never arrived and the pants were the worst quality ever! I have been in the process of trying to return the pants and get a refund for the sweater that never arrived for a week now. They don't respond and are give you the run around. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend anyone buying from them.

Basically no refunds unless you want to spend more on shipping than you paid for the merchandise. This site is a scam!! The items do not match what’s in the pictures. Returns have to be shipped to China.

This site is a total scam. So I saw the reels on fb and they stated that the store was located in Jacksonville, Texas, but my item was shipped from China through a Mr. Chen in California 😳...first red flag! Then the item arrived 😵‍💫The item being shown in the video is absolutely nothing like what was shipped. I ordered a long jacket (duster) with pleating in the back. What I received was a more like a 50 years old used robe with sticky synthetic material with a weird plastic sheen to it. Not lined, no pleating wish I could post pictures, I can't even express how awful this is. I wouldn't even use it as a rag - of course Refund is going to be complicated. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site unless you enjoy wasting your money.

Do not order from these scammers, the pants are nothing as advertised, not denim, tiny tiny and I'm slim could not even get them up. They will not return my money. Took months to received. Tried to cancel before they got here. But refused

DO NOT order from this place. It comes from China, takes over a month, the quality is hideous and it reeks of weed!
One of the worst places I’ve ever experienced

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Just Grave Girl. The quality and material of the clothing were significantly different from what was shown in the photos—the items looked much cheaper in person and did not match the advertised appearance.

The return process was even worse. There is no straightforward return option, and I had to email customer service just to request a return. Instead of assistance, I received pushback and multiple emails discouraging me from returning the items.

In the final response, they offered for me to keep the merchandise with only a 10% discount, stating that I would have to pay to ship the items back to China, which they claimed would be very expensive. This was never made clear at the time of purchase.

Overall, the product quality did not meet expectations, and the return policy feels intentionally difficult. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to risk receiving items that don’t match the photos and potentially being unable to return them.

Took two months to deliver. Sent wrong size for first order and then didn’t send the second order. They told me to pick something else out which took another few weeks. Cheap material on both items. Will never order from them again.

Terrible...takes forever to receive orders

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from them and it was very poorly made. I wanted to return it and no one will get back to you. Never order from this website it’s a scam.

Items never shipped. I bought through paypal and initiated a dispute. They provided fraudulent shipping information in May showing my order had been delivered April 7th. However, when i checked the order status on April 19th (which i could not access initially and had to email the company multiple times)it was in texas since April 8th. The final shipping information they submitted to paypal didn't have texas anywhere on the tracking. Paypal ruled the dispute in their favor. Complete nonsense. I will no longer be using paypal either. I will keep following up with paypal until they realize they need to do better.

This is a scam this company sent me the wrong dress! And refuses to refund me! The dress look nothing like the picture I paid 49$ do not buy for them. They offered me 14$ to refund when they made a mistake. So not buy from them

I purchased a jacket four months ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. They neither will issue a refund nor respond to my communication requesting when I’ll receive it. I am going to report them and call my bank.

Haven't received my order in over a monrh. When i send them an email to inquiry, i get a robotic response. It's a scam

Extremely poor quality! Very cheap looking! Very disappointed. Don't waste your money. Both Shein or Cupshe are a better option.

This company is the worst. My wife ordered a Small size coat and they sent a Medium. It was too big, so she tried to do a return/refund. They essentially told her to go screw a goat. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND BUY AMERICAN.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. False advertising. Quality terrible! Don’t do it!! Refund policy is not upheld!!

Scam site. Poor quality merchandise not as pictured at all and bad sizing. Make's it impossible to return even when they send you the wrong item and tells you they are refunding your money but never do. Avoid at all costs!!!!

SCAMMERS - WILL NOT PERMIT RETURNS ON CLOTHES THAT DO NOT FIT OR COLORS NOT TRUE TO PICTURES. I think they are a middle man posing as a store. Only offer 15% on returns.
