Delighted with the peanut slippers I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas. So soft and very good quality. Will definitely be ordering more for her birthday. Delivery time takes a while but that was due to Christmas and it explains there is a delay on delivery times. Very happy 10/10
Daughter loves her egg slippers!
I ordered the egg slippers for my daughters Christmas on 10th of December (as seen on instagram) when they didn't arrive after a week I emailed to ask whereabouts and was advised in friendly email that process is 2/3 days then. 7-14 working days by royal mail. Initially I was upset as was for a Christmas gift but they arrived yesterday in the advised timeframe and are very good quality. My 11 year old daughter loves them! I would have gave 5 stars but I do think on website the lengthy delivery times should be highlighted for customers - this would cut down on bad reviews. Overall i would recommend but order in plenty of time if need for a certain date.

took a month to arrive !
just wait ! ordered some slippers on 30 november, got them 29rh December. assumed i’d been scammed . these items are obviously from overseas which i didn’t realise when ordering . in the end i got a email saying item had sold out and was now coming from America . i did get plenty of replies whenever i emailed them to be fair . packing was just in a rubbish black bag with loads of tape . not boxed as expected. was in original packing underneath. only slippers so not damaged .

The products are exactly as advertised. Very good quality. Lovely items. The shipping took a lot longer than expected but definitely worth waiting for. Make sure you order well in advance if ordering for a special occasion.

Worth the wait
Took a while to be delivered but I have to say it was worth the wait. The slippers are beautiful and fit perfectly. We ordered the croissants and the potatoes and they are extremely good quality. The customer service emails I received were excellent and very helpful.

Patience is key
Be Patient! I ordered two pairs of slippers on the 1st of December hoping to get them as Christmas presents. However I had heard nothing by the 15th December and had been in contact with their customer service who quickly replied letting me know it was being shipped from USA as the UK warehouses had sold out.
When I still hadn’t heard by 22nd December and Christmas was round the corner they offered me a refund if they didn’t arrive in time. And now on the 29th I’ve just got them through my front door as described :)
As long as you don’t mind waiting for them to be delivered (not for a deadline) then you should order from here! Customer service was kind and quick to reply if you have any queries.

Peanut slippers
Ordered peanut slippers for my daughter for Christmas. I messaged on Friday 19th December as they hadn’t arrived. Company was really helpful and assured me they were on the way. Even contacted me Christmas Day and gave me a 20% refund. They arrived first thing this morning and they’re absolutely gorgeous. Just as shown on Instagram and my daughter is really happy.

Arrived in time for Christmas, it did take a while for the delivery but with a large amount of orders and Christmas delivery extra time was needed.
The slippers are on the small side so will be exchanging for the next size up.

Honest review…on the 1/12/25 ordered slippers ,Delivery 5-7 working days (Royal Mail at checkout ) company did not advertise 2-3 process days or 7-14 day delivery as you can see from my attached email from the company.
Advertised as Jelly cat slippers after over 2 weeks of waiting emailed for update as concerned it could be a scam, no email or update from company to let you know about delays ,you have to email company to get updates , tracking number from Royal Mail had no information as delivery not uk based .
Company replied to my email to inform me the slippers were out of U.K. stock and they were being shipped from there overseas stock in the USA ????
My reply if the company have no stock they should update customers it will be overseas delivery which could take weeks to receive, it is advertised as Royal mail not overseas delivery,which is very misleading after taking payment from customers, I received my order on 23/12/25 nearly a month after ordering, Inbetween all of this I found the same slippers on eBay for half the price, same packaging (Chinese writing ) , This company is very misleading makes you believe your ordering Jelly cat and uk based Royal Mail delivery, Lots of reviews all saying the same things but company are not taking responsibility for their misleading information on orders , Listen to your customer reviews to progress your future business.

Really misleading advertising- used Jellycat name to entice you in to believe they are genuine Jellycat slippers - they are not I wouldn’t have paid a tenner for them - cheap and nasty! Also said I had a free gift which I don’t want but that hasn’t been received. Had to chase the order twice! Won’t be recommending and won’t be ordering again. Really poor way of working I should have known better! Would give zero stars if I could
Edit after the inaccuracy of the response - you absolutely did use Jellycat in your social media advertising otherwise I wouldn’t have bought them. You are selling them at around £50 full price I paid £23 in so called Black Friday sale. To say in the response that you did not use the name is a lie and backs up 100% my comment of you being misleading- you are doing it in your response! I did not say I had been ignored I said I had to chase the order twice - in this day and age of online shopping there is no reason for something to take this long to arrive!
I wrote this to warn other customers who may fall into the same trap as I did! I have also screenshot the post that says matching jellycat slippers with my bestie! You did mislead with this and if I could attach the screenshot I would! It is still on your FB page from 10th December.

Not as advertised
Took almost a month to arrive. Stated Royal Mail 48hr delivery. First got a reply from customer service saying “sorry it’s just really busy due to Christmas post “ then got informed when chasing again that the items come from abroad first then are shipped by Royal Mail 48hr once in UK.
Advertised all over Facebook as jellycat but blatantly not.
Also advertised showing the items in boxes but shipped wrapped in bin bag and sellotape. Items were squashed and crushed as a result.

Placed order beginning of December still waiting, company keep blaming Royal Mail but it’s not even been received by them. Bank have refunded me my money so they obviously feel things are right with this company. Won’t be buying from them again

This is tricky to write. I’m gonna assume this is a new business, so I want to support and give great feedback about customer service in regards to responses to chasing orders. However, so many people are in the same situation as me. Regardless of your stipulations on the website as regards to your dispatch timings and delivery window, it doesn’t replace the fact that so many orders are incomplete before Xmas. Perhaps you are a victim of your own success, but if you are to continue in business you need to own the delivery better than saying it’s the Royal Mails issue due to Xmas. I, like a lot of people deliberately bought at the end of November or beginning of December to avoid this very thing. Every single online item I have purchased, bar yours, has been delivered - and that is from Royal Mail, Evri, etc… which is why people are giving you such a hard time. I’d rather you own it and say “I’m sorry but it’s not looking like your items will arrive in time”. It is very disappointing. Polite, well-written emails and responses will only get you so far before your credibility as a shop becomes too negative. The 1 star for simply no product to show for my business.

I ordered items on 30/11 and they were promptly dispatched 01/12 however Royal Mail have never received them. I have ordered and received other items that have been sent from the U.S in this timeframe. Email communication has been excellent and I was advised that if I gad not received in time for Christmas I would be provided with a refund. As of 23/12 I still have not received this and RM status had not changed from ‘we are expecting the parcel’ I emailed as it is 48 hour delivery I would not receive this by 24/14 and j requested the offered refund and now I have radio silence. I guess now I have been scammed out of pocket almost £40 after such good customer service I thought I would either getting my item or my money back. I know at this time of year deliveries take longer but this is not that you should be able to provide tracking for your side to prove delivery which was denied.
