I never order any purchase online and everyweek they deducted my account automatically. It is a scam

A tool set was advertised on Facebook for €9.99 with many positive reviews. So I ordered it. The result: the €9.99 was debited from my account. The goods never arrived! Instead, my subscription was upgraded???

I cancelled immediately – even though I hadn't signed up for anything – and received confirmation that my money would be refunded. In return, however, I'm supposed to leave a 4-5 star review on Trustpilot.

Could this get any more unethical???

Customer support were very helpful and solve the problem within no times

The problem is that no one informed me about any subscriptions fees as I was not having any intention to subscribe

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. STEER CLEAR!!!

So dealing with the mother in laws estate having her just passed away, these have scammed her with a ‘purchase a gift card’ with notional higher value, only to then auto sign her up to a VIP service taking €65 per month that she didn’t even know about.

No way you can get the money back as it’s ’converted to credits’ they even want to charge your card again if you realise the scam and then try to cancel your VIP subscription.
