Purchase summer dress, shown as floating around the ankles when walking. The dress I received was made with damaged fabric. The material felt like plastic and did not resemble the picture advertised.
Extremely hard to return item as they keep asking the same question over and over again please fill out the refund form you fill it out and they ask you to send it back again and again.
I guess buyer beware. Hoping they will give me refund.

The welcomeing itself recall me to go back for the shoping, all products and deals are affordable and reasonable.

I ordered clothes from JustFashionNow expecting good quality based on the pictures shown on their website, but I was disappointed. The items I received looked quite different from the photos, and the material felt cheap and poorly made.
Shipping also took much longer than expected, and there was very little communication or updates about my order status. When I tried to contact customer service, the response was slow and not very helpful.
On the positive side, they do have a wide variety of styles and trendy designs, but the quality and service need serious improvement.
I would suggest they improve product accuracy, use better materials, and provide faster, more responsive customer support.

Have been a customer for somevyears and always very happy with service and products. My only complaint is that with my last order I inadveryently ordered one item the wrong size Your return process requiring me to join and pat for a technician to get a return address lable I find unacceptable so I ended up donating the item to charity

I have been ordering g fromJFN for a frw years now and with the exception of one or two items,I have been very happy with my purchases.

Site is easy to use

Products are cheaply made and colors are off.
Sweater is not traditional camel color and is poor quality.
Orange top is too short and I'm 5'3". When I raise my arms my tummy shows.
I will not order from you again. Your ads are deceptive.
Some garments do not have fabric tags identifying fibers or washing instructions. Garments come wrinkly.

JustFashionNow is a distrustful scamming Company. I haven't even received this product I purchased yet, but I will never ever do business with your Company again. You are thieves who misrepresented your products then won't refund because of your fraud.
