Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered dinner at 8:30 in the night. Received notification that order had been delivered. It turned out I did not receive a single thing. I contacted the help centre, the agent insisted nothing could be done as order had been delivered. However, the photo shown was totally different from my doorstep. Then, I closed the chat and contacted the help centre again for a second and third time to speak to different agents. Apparently, they didn't want to amend the problem. During my third-time reach out, I warned the agent to give me a satisfactory solution, otherwise I will lodge a police report. Only I received a refund at 10 p. m. sharp. I found it hassled to delete my Foodpanda account. Nevertheless, will uninstall its app and never use its service anymore!

Food no receive and comment to help…

Food no receive and comment to help center and drop the email for request refund, but no response. Until find the live chat with them after one week, but still unable get the refund. The customer service even close the chat without my further feedback, extremely bad attitude.

No Food delivered but also no refund. Lost money to the app like being scammed

The rider sent my food order to the wrong address without notifying me he had delivered the food. I only noticed when the app showed Delivered! There was no way for me to contact the rider thru the apps so I opened a case in Help Center.The agen infromed me he could not contact the rider either. After waiting for their few day escalation, the result is NO REFUND and they also could not give me the food, and this is the best they could do for this case, just can send an apologies for my bad experience 🤣

Never ever order from food panda

Never ever order from food panda, with missing items or cancelled order, never expect to get your refund. The customer service will ask you to check with your bank if you did not get the refund, when ask if they can provide a receipt to check with bank, they said: oh nothing we can provide, but we're sure we have refunded you!
well, good response to run a fraudulent company, you need to learn from food panda!

When I read all the bad comments, only realized this is not something new as many customers did not get their refund and useless customer service push the responsibilities to bank! GOOD JOB foodpanda, I will recommend those phonies to learn from you! Btw, the agent keeps asking me to deal with the bank is JUSTIN, wondering what is your function as something totally useless, did you get the pay from the money cheated from customers like this?

The online staffs like Annie and Paul…

The online staffs like Annie and Paul are psychopath and harrasse online for hours when we asked for help as we can't use the subscription fees since the date we were charged for. The online agents for continous 8 days gave repeated and irresponsible and irrelevant and nonsense replies like lunatics will and we are surprise such psychopaths are senior staff here n this matter was passed to them by the 1st staff who came online. I am canceling my account here cos of a psychopath like Annie and Paul being online when customer need assistance with subscriptions fees paid but can't be used.on top of that this site is a scammer as they sell subscription but don't let customer use it and don't want to refund subscription fees. We repeatedly raise 10 times to this staff Annie to raise the said matter with food panda back office as she is in capable of handling the enquiry on subscription fees refund and she continued to sprout irrelevant nonsensical replies auto generated.Total harrassement
We have to go to the police to get my subscription for this month as the foodpanda staffs are scamming customers by selling subscription and don't let us use it even with cash payment. They also don't provide refund for grocery not received from panda mart that happened to us thrice by now.
And I don't want to have anything To do with food panda so I am not paying next month and after we go case agency and police for our refunds from this dishonest staffs we will delete this account as these agency will need Evidebce from our account of foodpanda of these staffs scamming of customers by selling subscriptions that can't be used as once we purchased the subscription the staffs don't let us place order via card, Cash and Paylah and don't want to refund the subscription fees. I am surprise the government agencies let such dishonest company to stay open here despite mounting bad reviews of the unethical food panda staffs online who never refund customers for non receipt of food even but only suck monies from customers.

Borderline Rip-Off

The app does not give customers the chance to cancel the order, no matter how long they have been waiting for their food. Nor is there any hotline you can call. Once you press that order button, your money is gone and you are doomed to wait, no matter how long it takes. And don’t think that you would get any voucher or discount for bad service. This is borderline rip-off. Avoid.

Foodpanda delivery is just the worst

Foodpanda delivery is just the worst. Whenever they deliver food, they do not bother to ring the bell and just leave the food hanging outside the door. I have absolutely no idea why some fast food restaurants chose to use their manpower to deliver food. It shows the food delivered, but when i opened the door, the food wasnt even outside. The rider didnt even bother to ring the doorbell. And this is not just a one-time experience, but a recurring one. If i can give a 0 star review, i would have done it.

Very poor customer service, Disorganised organisation. Almost scam like

Very poor customer service. Says ''free delivery'' but that is not the case on checkout. We wrote in to ask about that and the agent told us to just order and raise a refund after.

After being charged the exorbitant amount for delivery, we wrote in 2 days later asking for refund and they said because it's after 24hours, they cannot do anything about it. They ended the chat abruptly without addressing our concerns.

TERRIBLE!!!! WE WILL NOT be ordering from them again. Rough and scummy attitude.

I order pizza via food panda for a…

I order pizza via food panda for a family of 7 that never arrived. The status in the app says delivered. Went to the application and chatted with food panda representative they told me they can't give me a refund and i have to contact the pizza place. (Food panda rep actually gave me a copy and paste "apology" cut the chat and ran). Contacted the pizza restaurant who told me to write to a corporate email for a refund request. This whole debacle should have been handle by food panda. I paid them the money. They should be the one giving me the refund. Now i wonder if i would ever see the refund. Also if i should just report this to my credit card bank for Fraud.

Poor customer support for non delivery of goods

Apparently, there is a 24 hour window where you can make a complaint and potentially get a refund - I missed this by 15 mins and was shut down by the "customer support" as there was nothing they could do. I sent birthday cake to a staff member and checked next day to see if she got it but nothing delivered. I checked their terms and conditions and nothing about 24hrs to make a claim - Rubbish

Their have disabled their helpline and…

Their have disabled their helpline and email connections in case of order delay etc. I have ordered from MashaAllah Mazang Paratha and I live in eden palace consumes time of 20-30 mins. It's been 1.5 hours and the rider is moving around and went to johar town and still standing there leaving me total helpless....pathetic customer service
