Exceptional service, Ian goes the extra mile and then some.
Ian from the Oxfordshire branch, and his assistant Ash, were absolutely amazing. From first booking, to the completion of the job, I couldn’t fault them. And I’m still overwhelmed by the fact that when they heard that my Dad’s watch was missing (he died a year ago, and my nephew desperately wanted to have his watch as a keepsake), Ian went through every item of clothing and found it in a balled up pair of socks.
It was a difficult day seeing my Dad’s place being cleared out, but the kindness, efficiency and professionalism of Ian and Ash were outstanding.
