They do not take pride in their work; just do the bare minimum, leaving a lot of tidying up to be done. Promised to return day after to remove pile of moss and align roof tiles - still waiting.
'Guarantee' is probably a worthless piece of paper. No business address - just mobile phone numbers which are not answered.

Their work is not clean, they dirty neighbours area, climbed on neighbours garage roof. I had neighbours complaining about dirt. They force payment when the work is barely complete and pressure you. Even when you point out they have left gardens and surrounding in a filthy state, they don't care. I deeply regret falling for their pressure. They left garden furnitures and ladder scattered everywhere, dropped heavy stuff on top of my plants, damaged my garden etc. In addition, they were meant to issue an invoice and two certificates for the work carried out (7 years guarantee for the roof, 4 years for patios). None received despite my many requests via phone/email. Do not go for them. They can't be trusted. I have reported them through Nextdoor and I'm about to do so via Trading Standards. So incredibly disappointing.
Dont go near this people. They dont do what they say they will do. Their work is not clean, they dirty neighbours area, force payment when the work is not complete and pressure you. They charge you times 2 of what others charge. I regret falling for their pressure. I really regret.
Those people are so creepy… They keep coming back and knocking on our door. They’re very pushy and don’t seem to have much work to do. I shouldn’t engage with them — I should just shut the door and not talk to them.
These guys cleaned my driveway and removed vegetations including weed. Overall very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend.
