I have been playing with Just Casino for years, and my experience with them has gotten progressively worse. The way they treat loyal customers is honestly unacceptable.

And now, my $20,000 in winnings has been pending for ONE FULL WEEK. Their normal withdrawal timeframe is supposedly 48 hours, yet it has now been seven days. Their VIP support team has been telling me for an entire week that they are “looking into it” and “expediting” the withdrawal. Meanwhile, I still have NO explanation, NO meaningful update, and NO resolution.

I am currently waiting for a CAD 6,000 withdrawal from JustCasino.

The withdrawal was requested on August 9, 2026, at approximately 3:04 PM, and it is still showing as Pending.

This is not my first withdrawal, and my account was already fully KYC verified and approved. I am also withdrawing to an e-Transfer/payment method registered in my own name.

I contacted customer support, and I was told that my case is being reviewed by the responsible team and that they are waiting for feedback. However, I have not been given a clear reason for the delay or a specific timeframe for when my money will be released.

I am documenting everything, including the withdrawal, account verification, previous successful withdrawals, and all communications with customer support.

I hope JustCasino resolves this quickly and releases my CAD 6,000. I will update this review once the withdrawal is completed.

Generally pretty good. Withdrawals take anywhere from 24-48 hours. As long as you wager correctly no issues. If deposit with no bonus still need to turn over x3 times that amount.

Terrible customer service, I’m owed a 700$ refund. It’s been over 2 months. They took a month to respond and “approve” my request then sent my refund that was allegedly never processed by their own payment processor. They asked me for a month worth of bank statements instead of simply checking in their own department to see if the transaction failed. I have 2 friends who recommended Justcasino.io to me. They both have withdrew their winnings several times with absolutely NO issues, no documentation requests, no I'd check, nothing. So that sealed the deal for me,and I signed up. Playing the slots was great, and I made about 3 separate small deposits, and on the 3rd one I won close to 500.
