the actual ratings are here IO is a gimmicky PR management stunt, Just call,io, just call, uk and SAAS labs is a unified companies its just that scams committed by io are reported here and somehow they manage to get fake positive ratings on io instead of here
SAAS labs is a scam company, glitch loaded software
Joke scam company, don't even think about using them, they just steal your money, no refunds
The service was ok, call quality fine. They claim integration with my crm but couldn't pull the numbers so staff had to cut and paste which in 2024 is ridiculous. So I cancelled. And here is why I am giving them a bad review. I have $200 credit with them and they say thwir policy is to not refund. There policy mean nothing when the law says they must. So court here I come, not because of the amount but because what they are doing is wrong.
I have not used their service but just came across the prices they advertise and It is extremely misleading. They only tell you about their charge, however, the access charge to the number you need to call (0905...) can cost up to £1.53/min and I suspect they can make money through that call as well as their advertised charge.
Extremely poor service. Been with Justcall for a while (2 years) and just about had enough now. Problems never get resolved. I have problems with numbers not dialling out - dead line the other end despite line being in use.
Problems with dialling my own mobile number and the just call number gives a rining tone yet my actual mobile (on a mobile network, EE) is not ringing.
I've tried to resolve this matter with customer support for 3-4 weeks now as one of the numbers is my main office landline number and have been fobbed off continually and customer support taking days to get back in touch then never actually resolving (or caring) a bout the problem and how it is having a significant and negative impact on my business. In essence, do not use this company until they have sorted their clearly substantial issues out (there is another review on here with similar problems) You’ve been forewarned!
Wish I'd read these before I twice tried placing a call to Canada. As it happens neither call even got as far as a ringtone on the other end, so hopefully the bill won't be too extortionate.
Complete and utter scam. STAY AWAY!!!!
Did a google reverse image search on the 4 "customer service" reps and they are all fake.
Far out - I guess I now have to waste my (and my bank)'s time replacing credit cards.
Have also taken screen shots and reported to the telecommunications ombudsman.
Scam company. Misleading information leads to expensive calls from their 0844 number. Avoid at all costs.
DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS !!!!!!!!
Their website is extremely misleading which is no doubt intentional. I was charged almost £9 for a 39 minute call to America which isn’t much less than what it would cost if I just used my house landline. All these shady websites are the same, buy an international calling card from Tesco’s where 2p per minute is just that with absolutely no additional charges.
The biggest ripoff I have EVER come across (& that's saying something). They advertise 'calls to landline France 1p a minute'. Great, I think. So call my friend in France (landline) without a care in the world. The call lasts for 1hr 11minutes - that's 71 mins. At 1p a minute, so it's 71p, right? NO!!! Wrong. It's £33.58. Stay away from this shocking rip off.
Unfortunately my monthly bill has become £194 instead of £23 because of false advertisement! It looked as if it costs a few pennies per call plus mobile provider's your access charge which they don't mention that it can be up to £0.50 per minute! During this difficult time I've been talking to my family abroad without knowing that I am getting charged a fortune per minute. It is disgraceful.
I agree with one of the reviews I've seen saying:
PRICES DISPLAYED ARE FRACTION OF TRUE COST!!
Used JustCall for years from my BT home phone - not realising the charges they show are only a fraction of the true cost!! A call that should have cost £4.56 at their advertised rates cost £27.35!! What they don't tell you is that BT make their separate charge for the prime number (the code you dial first). Their website carefully hides this fact, and has the audacity to claim "no extra charges"!!
Having said that, the total cost of the call is still less than BT, but the grievous deception has earned them one star.
Utterly useless, the service didn't work and the customer support is even worse. The service didn't work when I tried to used it, and when I contacted them over it, they told me that it was my fault because I wasn't dialling the correct numbers, and then when I confirmed that I was then it was my mobile provider's fault because they didn't accept me dialling the number. They apparently "can't do a refund" because I'm charged by my mobile provider for the text I sent to top up and won't provide me with any useful information. I think I'm going to have to kiss my money goodbye, but I won't be using them again. Ever. Avoid this company.
