Twice now I have button kratom from this company and both times had to wait over a week before they even shipped it out been trying to call cuz it still shows not shipped a week later after purchase saying label created and that's it been calling him all day today to no One answering left several messages this company has four customer service horrible shipping will never buy from them again

she kept me waiting, said she is going to sendit at 12:30 i checked there was nothing, i then called again she promised me after 10 minutes nothing happened
i called again at 4:00 only to speak to Benjamin their managed who kept me on hold when trying to fix whatever happed on the background
This company lacks professionalism, it seems like lies are their thing or daily business THANKS TO BEJAMIN WHO FINALLY ASSISTED

On December 12, 2023 I ordered 2 different charging units from JustBrand Limited dba The Warming Store. I paid for these items through PayPal, (Transaction ID 5SH529760T6691204, Invoice ID 6502243036557) . The Warming Store apparently did not want to honor the order and sat on the PayPal authorization until December 19 after the sale had ended and resubmitted the order to PayPal on a second transaction changing my order to 1 item and pricing from 32.62 for 2 items to $32.62 for a single item. (Original order; December 12, 2023; Gerbing Gyde 7V Dual Wall Charger, $19.99, + Cabela's Gerbing 7V Battery Dual Car Charger, $9.95) (Changed Order; December 19, 2023; 1 Gerbing Gyde 7V Dual Wall Car Charger, $32.62.)

The Warming Store is practicing Bait and Switch with their Christmas Sale pricing. Both of these invoices were charged on my Syncrony Bank Mastercard yet I have not received any confirmation from the Warming Store on either of these Transactions. I have logged into my account at the Warming Store and NONE of these transactions show in my orders. I have attempted to contact The Warming Store via Support@TheWarmingStore and am not receiving any replys to my enquiries as to this issue. The charges show that JustBrand Limited is the receiving entity for these charges.

Update Dec 23, 23 Warming Store now claiming that site I ordered from was fraudulent site and refuses any responsibility. JustBrand Limited is a conglomerate of Gerbing.com,TheWarmingStore.com,MyCoolingStore.com,Action-Heat.com, AdventureOutfitters.com, and Warmers.com. Beware buying from these companies. Your bank statement will read JustBrand Limited.

I wouldn’t trust this companies ingredient lists, they end up making it up most of the time. They don’t fully third party test items and most of the time they will lie and say it’s “confidential” or proprietary when they don’t have an answer for you. They will fake a video to show you that an item was packed when it was not. The “bosses” Steve and Brett treat the warehouse workers and in general the employees like trash. I’ve heard Brett call people horrible names and ask them if they are mentally disabled, with the hard R. Steve has broken chairs and almost hit his own employees. Erica the office manager is great and tries her best but has been left in tears over Steve and Brett. They have employees (Jacob the bosses nephew) have adult toys delivered to the business and hide it. The sales people smoke oil in the office in the back. The customer care team is only 3-4 people, not because they don’t hire people but because no one wants to work there. Jenica the customer service manager would constantly talk about me to her best friend who is also in customer care. I’ve seen the messages and when brought to the attention of HR I was told that it’s unacceptable, the next day I was fired for attendance 3 days before Christmas. Which they counted days I had COVID as days of absence. I had Covid for 11-13 days and texted Steve along with sending him my test info. Lisa in HR even asked me how I was feeling when I returned. I was moved to running their shipping when Steve didn’t like how I replied to him, I ran the holiday shipping by myself when we were slammed and Jenica took the credit while she was on vacation. Buy and work here at your own risk, probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for.

I just missclicked something during the order… I directly called the customerservice and they said my package were already packed. This was completely lied! I received the information that my package is packed way later via email afterwards… last time I order something there!
