I rarely leave negative reviews, BUT…
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was remarkable for all the wrong reasons.
I scheduled pickups and ended up dealing with three different locations.
At the first location, I waited 50 minutes while people with later appointment times were processed ahead of me. The operation appeared completely disorganized.
The second location was better, but still involved a wait far longer than anyone would reasonably expect after scheduling an appointment.
The third location was a complete disaster. I waited an hour and a half in 93° heat in what amounted to an unofficial line because, according to staff, “the system was down.” There was no clear process, no meaningful communication, and a crowd of frustrated customers all trying to figure out where they stood.
After all that waiting, I was finally told that the primary item I came to pick up could not be found. The only item available was another purchase worth about a dollar.
So after hours of driving, waiting, standing in the heat, and navigating a broken pickup process, I left without the item I actually came for.
A bargain isn’t a bargain when it costs half a day, multiple trips, and the item still can’t be located. If this is the normal pickup experience, the company needs to spend less time advertising deals and more time fixing operations.
