I purchased a front and rear panel to replace an old one.
Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected to be so I returned it. The customer service was excellent during the return process hence the 4 star rating.
There were other options but the delivery time wasn't fast enough for me to wait.

Visited the web site,found what i wanted,put the items in the basket,paid for them and they arrived 2 days later.Easy to use website,and items arrived in perfect condition. Recommended seller.

A really positive experience with this seller. I ordered some filters for a hot water tap and once they’d been delivered discovered that there was more than one option and I’d bought the wrong ones. I returned the items and once they’d been received my replacement filters were dispatched. Throughout this whole process Stacey kept in touch and managed expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Just Baths again.

I ordered a p shaped bath panel in error without checking dimensions properly.
I contacted the company & spoke to a lovely lady called Stacey who helped me through the process to return the item.

Just because we didn’t report the damage within 2 days of receiving the item we denied a replacement from the damaged item? We are renovating a house and didn’t want to remove the packaging until ready to fit to prevent damage, however the item was damaged when unpacked but like I said we were denied a replacement.

The courier ended up making a complete dogs dinner of the delivery and Just Baths were responsive and quick to issue a refund and send a replacement.

The unit I bought seems to be decent quality and works well.
