ListingSafe Reviews

Written by the company

ListingSafe is an Etsy listing checker: it flags trademarked words and policy problems in a title, tags and description before you publish, and shows the USPTO record behind each flag. Many Etsy takedowns come down to a single word in a title or tag, and sellers often learn that word was registered only when the removal notice arrives. ListingSafe moves that check to before you publish. Paste a listing, or connect your Etsy shop and check every listing at once, and it points to the words that put you at risk. It also reads the text and logos inside your listing photos, not just the written text. Each flag comes with the matching USPTO registration, so you can see why a word was flagged instead of getting a bare warning. What you do next is up to you. Edit the listing yourself, or send the safe rewrite back to Etsy in one click and undo it for up to 24 hours. Once your shop is connected, you can schedule a weekly or monthly re-scan and get the results by email. If you prefer hands-off, ListingSafe can also apply the safe rewrite to Etsy automatically after each scheduled scan; that option stays off until you turn it on. It is built for shops that sell personalized, printed, print-on-demand and digital download items, where titles most often run into brand names, character names and registered phrases. Beyond the checker, ListingSafe includes keyword research, a listing generator, appeal and counter-notice drafts for removed listings, copycat monitoring for your designs, and a Chrome extension that checks listings right on the Etsy page. The extension only reads; it never changes anything on Etsy. There is a free plan, so you can try it on your own listings first.See more
