Great gloves the latex lasts longer than more expensive gloves

The name printed on the gloves is wrong. I requested for the name to be "ZIQ #01" received as "ZI1 #01"

Ordering was straightforward no problems at all, added a name and a number to personalise the gloves but I didn’t realise it wasn’t embroidered anymore like his last pair which was slightly disappointing but my own fault for not looking properly, I do think it could be an option which one you prefer but overall the quality of the gloves are amazing and he’s happy with them so that’s the main thing :)

We have been ordering from Just keepers website for several years, and their online service has always been fantastic - orders consistently arrice quicklyand without any hassle. My son Jude, plays NPL football, so having reliable, top quality gear is important to him (He is currently having a fantastic run with 3 clean sheets and only 2 goals conceded in 4 games!)

Because we reply on their gear so much Jude wanted to visit them in person while we were in England, and they didnt dissapoint. The staff provided incredibly friendly service and took the time to give him great advice on choosing his new gloves. They even went above and beyound by showing him around the warehouse 'where the magic happens'. Highly recommend Just Keepers to any GK out there, whether you are buying in person or online.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled by Just Keepers.

I placed an order for three pairs of goalkeeper gloves (Order 752908). One pair had to be returned because I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I requested an exchange for the correct size, but instead the company simply issued a refund rather than sending the replacement as requested.

Shortly after, the second pair of gloves — PUMA FUTURE Ultimate — failed after less than two weeks of minimal use. During a pitch session the palm latex separated from the glove, exposing the backing fabric. Unfortunately this happened while my daughter, a goalkeeper with Arsenal Women, was taking part in a trial session with the first team at London City Lionesses, which was extremely upsetting and embarrassing for her.

I returned the gloves for inspection but received no confirmation that they had been received or were being inspected. The claim was then rejected with the explanation that “latex is a natural product and therefore cannot have a manufacturing fault,” which I found surprising and dismissive given the nature of the failure.

To make matters worse, the gloves were then sent back to the wrong address (billing address rather than delivery address), meaning I was unable to access the product to provide the style code requested by PUMA during their investigation.

Eventually a refund was issued, but the final email stated “buyer refused to assist” and “gloves returned damaged – normal wear to palm,” which I find unfair and misleading given the circumstances and the retailer’s own addressing error.

As a customer who purchased multiple pairs of gloves in the same order, I expected a far more professional and transparent process. Unfortunately the experience felt dismissive and poorly handled from start to finish.

Very disappointing customer service.

Great company to deal with, used them a few times now. Ordering is easy, prices reasonable, deliveries are prompt and any returns/refunds are dealt with swiftly without any hassle. I will only be using them in future for all my goal keeper requirements as had bad experience from other online suppliers. My view is Just keepers are a great example of how all online businesses should operate. Thank you and well done!
