Just spent £40 on just eats
Car isn’t working and we were to tired to walk
Restaurant was about 3-4 minutes driver
Driver collected order at 20:03 and then went completely the wrong way , by the time they got to me which was 20:25 the bag had been ripped open and our food was stone cold.
I refused to take it but and then the non-English speaking delivery driver woman refused to leave
In the end after she waited outside for another 20-30 mins she decided to leave the open bag of food outside my front door which if I hadn’t of seen would of attracted rats and foxes…. This is clearly okay in their country but not ours !
After sending 3 emails to just eats I received the wonderful email saying on this occasion we will not be refunding you…. Even though when someone called me from their driver support (also couldn’t really speak a word of English) they said they would be refunding me.

I wish they would get rid of all these wasters. Send you codes for special deals that dont exist, waste your time when you think " oh okay thats a good deal" then after entering the order the code doesnt exist. Example for Dominos - really long code that doesnt work, so you try JE, and no option to use code. Unsubscribed but I can guarantee they will still send messages. Ticked the cookies options and turned everything off so no marketing...low and behold, marketing emails
Ordered from Charcoal grill mill hill. They took longer then they should have, sent me cold flipping food and the driver had an attitude because I am pissed off
2 nights in a row I have had problems with Just Eats. Last night the food was supposedly delivered but was not actually received and tonight the app indicated that the food would be delivered between 22h45 and 23h05 but by 23h30 we had to walk to the restaurant to collect our food as the food had been made and the restaurant was closed but they were waiting for Just Eats to collect the food to deliver. Needless to say we paid for a delivery fee and had freezing cold food. This will be the last time I use Just Eats
Useless company. Can't be trusted with online payments and has no customer services to speak of, they just palm you off with bland emails that solve nothing.
Very poor inconsistent service. Last 2 takeaway orders arrived much later than planned, with various changes to approximate delivery time and on both occasions cold. The first complaint we got a £2.50 back with an apology, straightaway. The second complaint, 4 days later, still waiting for them to get back to us.
We did not receive all the food and no drinks. When the driver was asked to wait while we checked he left and rode away on his motorcycle. This is the second time we have had ignorence and rudeness.
I am utterly appalled by the abysmal quality of the Greggs order I received through Just Eat. The fruit pot I received was clearly spoiled, despite the expiry date indicating it was good until today, the 17th. It is a widely acknowledged fact that food expiration dates can be unreliable, particularly when it comes to deliveries. Greggs should not send out food on the day of expiry as freshness can be highly unpredictable. After reaching out to Just Eat for assistance, they callously dismissed my concerns and adamantly refused to take any steps to address the issue. Consequently, I had to call Greggs directly to inform them of the spoiled fruit I received and urged them to check their remaining fruit pots. I was informed that it would be investigated as there were only two left in stock. This blatant disregard for food safety is not only shocking but also incredibly risky, as consuming spoiled food can pose serious health hazards. I am thoroughly disgusted by this unacceptable experience and vehemently caution against ever ordering from Just Eat again!
My wife ordered through Just Eats email where the discount offered was 20%. WHat she did not read was the small print which refrred to only selected shops and also that the discount was from 2017 to 2018 only. So why was she emailed with an outdated discount. Also the 20% was not applied and to make things worse, they got the order wrong. I had a similar experience not so long ago, so I stick to tried and trusted companies. Seeing the 1* rating already on here, I was not surprised. £50 down the drain.
yet another Brand conning jo public - received a text advising to use code ZCJS-0IAB for £10 off on a £15 order - GUESS WHAT.... DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH - IT'S A CON - no £10 off.... SURPRISED - not really..
Guess their PR ppl think we're soo stupid and lazy as we have our order in our basket, we'll just pay full price... HAHA JUST EATS. I'M NO FOOL, so have unsubscribed, You have lost me, and hopefully loads more, when they read this. Yep I'm posting on 3 other review sites too... Bye, hoping you go out of business soon
I would not even give one star but I am not given that option!! Shocking service and even worse customer service - Quick to take your money but offer NO refunds!!!! NOBODY should wait 3 hours for a hamburger which still never arrived!! When the app says "still waiting for a driver" - the customer should be entitled to cancel with FULL refund. Never happened

Absolutely disgraceful company just had a delivery and paid cash but food was cold I rang takeaway who insisted it was fresh even though it had been in transit 45 minutes, I contacted just eat who washed their hands of it because I paid cash they told me to take it back ,I'll never use just eat or this particular takeaway again.
Didnt deliver said contact restaurant. Restaurant said contact just eat. Would only refund missing items not delivery or service fee. No customer service other than a bot which wants personal info despite being logged in to their system.
