its impossible to contact them, the instructor still owes me 40 quid and is ignoring my texts and phone calls, no way to get that money back if you fail your driving test. Absolutely disgusting

The Driver showed up 30mins late and then left without informing me, wasted £70 on a session which I didn't even get. Tried calling Just Drive, they were of no use

They promised me a driving instructor and lesson for a date and time then gave various reasons why the instructor didn't show up at all when pressed (Mine were initially that they didn't know what had happened, then that the instructor was practicing that day, then that he had a fee he hadn't paid). In this case I immediately requested a cancellation of services and a full refund which was promised, I only got £20 back of the £85 I had paid for their 'deposit'; when asked about the remaining £65 they want my bank details so that the instructor whom I've never communicated with or directly paid anything to can refund me, saying that it was the instructor's fault and not taking responsibility as a company for it when they could just refund me through the original payment paid and recoup any possible losses through the instructor that they've been in contact with afterwards.

It's an worse company ever they don't tell you if you join the company you will be in contract for 52 weeks paying minimum 100 pound a week even though you paid the fees to became a driving instructor, they need to be reported for hiding information in the contract.

When you calk drive in the line keeps dropping and they never get back to you,or they put you on hold after answering then ask you to wait because they are in the middle of something then put the phone down,they don't even deserve one star,pathetically unprofessional,I don't recommend.

Avoid! Paid their guarantee tariff. I had one lesson and then instructor cancelled because it was a long trip for him.

It's a scam. There are NO instructors, just texts/calls. They scam you for the deposit and then ignore you.

I have paid £110.00 in advance for two hour driving lesson and no driver turned up. I will be reporting this as fraud if I do not receive my refund ASAP.

Booked in for a lesson with "Hamid" and paid my deposit.
Explained numerous times I do not want a 10 hour package.
They confirmed I was booked in for just 2 hours. I paid my deposit, cleared my schedule and waited for the date and time.
Hamid proceeded to not show up.
I contacted Just Drive who explained it was because *they* booked in the wrong package.
I followed the correct process, they made mistakes. Despite this, they have told me I am not eligible for a refund.

I do not recommend this school at all — they are extremely unprofessional.
1. They ask for money in advance (£10) just to reserve a lesson slot.
2. I was given a date, time, and told that a female instructor (Agnejka) would contact me before the lesson. On the day of the lesson, no one called me, and the instructor never showed up.

This caused a lot of problems for me. I have a small child, and my husband had to leave work to stay with our child so I could attend the lesson. In the end, he lost work hours for nothing.

I tried calling the school, but no one answered. I emailed them and only got a response days later asking, “Didn’t the instructor contact you?” When I explained clearly that no one called and no lesson took place, my reply was ignored.

I followed up several times, asking for my advance payment back since the service was never provided. After weeks, another employee finally responded, again asking if a different instructor had contacted me — which of course did not happen. Since then, I have been ignored completely. This was back in June, and I have still not received my money back.

In short, they take money, fail to deliver lessons, and then ignore you. Very unprofessional, very unserious, and I do not recommend this school to anyone!

Avoid this company at all costs, it's a total scam. Called them to enquire about driving lessons near Glasgow. Told there was an instructor called "Hamid" free for the weekend. Gave mobile and email for instructor to call and all we have had is spam texts and emails with dodgy links. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked an instructor, paid a deposit and the instructor never showed up. In the mean time they had no communication with me and took an incredibly long time to refund the money, where I had to chase up every single time.
Poor customer service, unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. Not worth the hassle and better deals can be found elsewhere.

I don’t have any words to explain what happened I wasn’t comfortable doing manual so I texted my instructor to say I was switching to automatic and she was fine but then she kept on delaying the lesson after the 3rd time she wanted to do the lesson another time but I was going away so I couldn’t I text her and requested a rerun I got £60 back still £10 missing but she won’t give it back to some people £10 isn’t a large amount but to some people that have close to nothing it really is a lot.

I drove with Karan for almost a year, and from the start, he seemed completely uninterested in actually teaching me how to drive. Any question I asked was brushed off with, “That’s just common sense,” as if I should already know everything. He offered very little actual instruction, and it felt like I was expected to figure things out on my own — mistakes and all.

What made things worse was the way he handled those mistakes. He didn’t correct — he shouted. He belittled. On one occasion, after I made an error, he yelled at me to imagine if my 2-year-old daughter has been in the car and of she got seriously hurt, being nasty and way too personal. He told me I would never be able to drive, blowing everything out of proportion. I was reduced to tears behind the wheel.

Thankfully, we moved to a new area, and I found a new instructor. After just four months of driving with them, I passed my test with zero minors. Not only that, but my examiner praised my instructor for training "a very safe driver".

If you are keen to learn but your instructor fails to teach you and makes you feel small, find a new one. There are some very small people out there!

I still cannot get my refund from this fraudulent company, they keep saying my money got bounced.
Yet, The correspondence, Mr Chris is so rude and unprofessional.

Real bad company. Same issue happened to me. I paid £110 to confirm the booking and on the day the driving instructor was not there. I try to call the Company however no one picked up.
I have emailed them so hopefully they will respond. If not im reporting them to my bank.

Look somewhere else if you actually want driving lessons.
