Pathetic service and execution. They charged the money for the add ons but had no clue to provide them

I have recent experience of my booking of private poolside cabana setup at 5-star property new Delhi. Everything have been made beyond expectations, the decorated cabana, food and services. The staff have been dedicated to their job and disciplined. We enjoyed alot that special moment .

I booked midnight surprise for my husband birthday

First of all , they overcharged me, on their website price is 3000 , he charged 8000 .. I agreed as i thought they might do well. You cant imagine what they did , a person rang well handover cake flower ballons at gate and gone..

Can you imagine in 8000 i got delivery?? and top of that their executives are super nonsense.. They have audacity to tell you do what ever etc etc

I will not spare them that I have decided otherwise they will keep doing such frauds with others..

Horrible service. Took Rs. 29000 in advance and still kept asking for money for add-ons. The surprise event never actually happened and they blocked our numbers. Before you pay them, all your calls will be answered in less than a second. There's no way to contact them once you've paid money. Keep yourself away from this trap or they'll spoil both your money and the special day.
