Terrible service!!!
Service is like they just resale watches from other retailers. The issue is they don't update stock with the other retailers and you may end up waiting for your purchase 2 - 3 weeks, sometimes even more.

‘Bought’ a watch and a bracelet sizing device in a Jura sale.
Cash was taken, but no receipt, nor confirmation.
After two weeks with no watch I found their contract, The ‘contract’ is broken if no goods were delivered by 30 days.
After 30 days, on 1st January 24 emailed 1 asking for my money to be refunded. Two further days, on Jan 3rd, email 2, this email was replied to, expressing regret, and offering a refund which would arrive within 3-5 working days.
On the 5th day, I emailed again as no refund. The next day I phoned and received ‘proof’ that the money had been refunded. It had not.
The money was in my account the next day. I had nudged enough.
I do not recommend Jura watches, connected to CW Sellors. Use an actual shop, that does try on, receipts, confirmation of sale, 1 star just, as they refunded my money.

I brought a Oris High end watch from this company, the watch had to be made for me ... Great communication all the way forward. I am very pleased with my new watch and I would definitely recommend any using them in the future

The privat lawyers for defence are complaining that ISIS supporters and potential suppliers living in Denmark can be charged with crimes against humanity when more that 5 years old.

Weather ISIS/ISIL and supporting countries or SS or similar makes no difference.

I recently purchased a Bremont Kingsman SS from you via the internet and just wished to convey my sincerest thanks. The watch is a beautiful piece of which I am extremely pleased with. I would also like to add that the customer service I received from Charlotte who coordinated the purchase and answered my many questions was first rate. I received the watch the very next day after order confirmation even though it was a Saturday - this was down to the speedy service from Charlotte who also ensured that a Saturday delivery by Royal Mail was opted for.

Again many thanks and because of your first rate service and Charlotte’s help I will certainly recommend your Company to family and friends and also use Jura Watches myself for future purchases.

I bought my g-shock for very good price and shipping was fast as promised!!! Thank`s

Watch was ordered on 16 September
Payment made Via PayPal
Received order confirmation confirming delivery date of 24th September
Sat home all day waiting for order but JW FAILED to deliver on promise
Sent a chaser email next day 25th September but got no response
Rang JW on 27th September all day, phone permanently engaged
Rang again on 30th September and luckily got to speak with a lady who kept me on hold for well over 20 mins trying to come up with a story cos I refused to hang up until I got an answer
Finally put me through to some other lady who said to me my order was no longer in production and that they were planning to ring me with an offer for a substitute
This is 1St of November, still waiting for a phone call to make the supposed offer!
6 weeks JW sold me a bill of goods. Failed to deliver what was advertised; took my money and never bothered to contact me as promised.
I am gutted at this and cannot even explain how disappointed I am!
