Comfortable and warm doctors
I had a really nice experience! The doctor and the assistant was welcoming and warm - that made me feel safe and comfortable.
I didn’t feel rushed at any point. Would def recommend

They have carried us through two difficult years of fertility treatment. We found them to be caring and professional. Would definitely recommend.

They were so gentle, caring, and kind. Everything was explained to me carefully and they gave me a lot of attention and care. Highly recommend.

Do not recommend this fertility clinic. I was followed here and did several examinations for several months, but eventually changed to another clinic due to the doctor's ethical practices. It is definitely mainly profit driven, and the patient's best interests are secondary. There are fortunately many other better fertility clinics in Copenhagen.

Called the clinic twice before coming in beginning of April 2024, to make sure I got all the blood work (they checked with the doctor) and that I didn't misinterpreted anything. The IVF includes everything except the "medication and donor sperm."
Why am I unhappy?
The midwife acted inappropriate, she asked me if I've ever had sex with a man, informed me that "you know, if you'd have sex now, you could become pregnant, blink blink" after the ultrasound showed that I was indeed around ovulation and just had told her about 6 failed IUIs in order to become a single mom in the first visit.
I was asked to do extra blood tests, "to ensure the correct dosage of the shots".
In the second visit, I was asked to retake my blood tests that the doctor had said yes to when I called - which I said I was informed that they were fine and she/the midwife dropped it.
I asked in every single visit about ordering donor sperm but was dismissed and treated like I was anxious instead of answered. It was something to think about later, now was too soon.
It ended with me missing my chances of ordering sperm from an other clinic and had to order from them.
They sent me a bill and missed to deduct the initial refundable visit price for the IVF package, I informed that I would only do one round at their clinic after that. They had added costs in every visit by this point and the midwife came across as rude in every visit. Now she started telling me that she would do everything in her power to get me pregnant - this felt very manipulative.
After this May 8th, I ended up with only one mature egg and was advised to do an IUI instead May 10th, I said I already tried and the midwife insisted that she would make me pregnant and said my chances would be much higher with hormones. I told her I already had hormones and it still didnt stick. She prescribed more hormones and recommended to try the IUI since I had one nice egg and the chances for pregnancy would be good.
So, since they hadn't answered my email nor questions regarding the sperm for at this point a whole month and it was less than 48 hours left (until May 10th) and a public holiday at that, I had to order from them and their freezer. I had 17 donors to choose from and only 4 had MOT20 suitable for an IUI, I didn't want any of them and chose a MOT10 which was not optimal but totally fine for my 7th IUI according to the midwife...
Long story short, I called it off and said I came to do IVF, not IUIs with MOT10.
I was informed that since I called off the IVF and changed it to an IUI, I would probably be charged for interrupting the IVF... By the midwife that recommend me to call it off!?!
Now May 15th I received a bill informing me that I have to pay for the additional blood tests that I paid for back in april, i have to pay for them receiving the sperm and handling of the sperm that was in their freezer and they didn't touch... I also am billed for the scans -that should have been included in the failed IVF round...
Do not recommend them at all!
PS the person that thanks you all for the beautiful comments, hasn't bothered to get back to me regarding the incorrect invoice she sent me last week at all.
2024.05.21 the person got back to me - she is the manager, the first mail without the name in the signature informing me to send to the general mail if I want to have the contact details for the owners and a second one 3 min later with the signature, informing me that the 800 DKK was for the blood tests. And explained what the blood test was for, inspite of me sending them a screenshot of the payment. No bill corrected.

From the first moment we entered the Juno IVF clinic, we felt hopeful this next step of the baby-making journey would be easier. And that was so true. The doctors, the midwives, and the embryologist were there for us from day one, to guide us through the process, answer our questions and settle our concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable, it was very easy to communicate openly and trust their recommendations. We really felt that our needs were looked after and that they were just as invested in our journey.
Last but not least, the short waiting times and weekend availability. make the whole planning much easier.
We are extremely happy that we opted for Juno IVF and cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent clinic that I cannot recommend enough. The treatment was excellent and we were able to get started quickly after the first consultation. The doctors and midwives explained the process very clearly and patiently answered all our questions. Scheduling appointments at convenient times was easy and the location of the clinic was convenient. But most important the staff were so friendly and encouraging and so supportive throughout the treatment. This made a stressful process much more bearable.
