Great service from junk munch as a builder I constantly have left over materials ect on my jobs and it never warrants getting another skip Nathan at junk munch looks after us and is reliable he cleans and goes over the sites before he leaves making sure any left over junk is collected from the customers property and is presentable

I used the mattress and bed frame collection. Very good service. The online booking is simple and the pricing is very clear and competitive. Their communication was good and they were very quick, friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. I will certainly book them again and would recommend them

Junk Munch never let you down. They were running late due to circumstances beyond their control but always kept me updated and went over and above what I'd booked even though it was very late and I'm sure they just wanted to be home!

I’m giving an extra star for an easy booking and because they seem nice. However, I booked the service for one couch and everything was set for the afternoon the next day. I was told they’d send a message half an hour before arriving. I travelled to the location (my previous address, an empty flat, just this one couch left), made sure to be there at 12 just in case and waited a few hours before asking when would they come (at 3:30pm). They said they’ve had a delay but would be with me in the next few hours. So I waited, no problem. At 7pm I sent another message asking if they will be able to make it before 8:30pm because I have a long travel back home (almost 2h) and as the flat was empty and there were viewings set for the the next day, I can’t really stay there overnight. This is when I was told they will not make it. Now, I understand that it was a busier day than expected, and 2 loads became 4, but what makes me write this review is the fact that if I didn’t ask, I’d probably sit there for another 1-2h waiting instead of planning something else. As soon as you saw that the second job was too big, you should have let me know, not wait for me to ask or think it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel it at night. For you maybe it was just one item and only £80, for me it was a problem and I wasted the whole day waiting for nothing. No problems with the deposit refund though.

Very easy to book and communicate with Nathan. Great value for money and an easy payment process. I wasn't at the property on the collection day but left the gate open. The collection went swiftly and the area was left clean/tidy. Super happy and will book again! 😊

Excellent service, emptied my Mother's shed in no time. Both members of the team were friendly and very hard working. They agreed to keep to the 500kg / 45 mins loading I asked for, and price was exactly as quoted. I'd definitely use them again.
