This Gardening Service is not all that 2 me.
I have to be honest regardless the good reviews that I seen on the google and there organization website and I can't speak for every customer who have used this guy Alex service, one thing I can tell you was not particularly pleased with this guy's gardening service non at all. On Monday 22nd of July 2019, I decided to enquire for gardening service as my gardening needs doing because it fully over grown. Anyway the reason why I enquired by phone, I sent out photos and email to a number of gardening services and this company was one of them that did not get a reply back based on my enquiry which I emailed a couple of weeks ago. So I had no choice but to contact some of them by phone because I need a gardening service as soon as possible, when he answered the phone I must admit he was polite and grateful based on choosing him do my gardening and gave me a quote after he saw my email that I sent out so time ago with my photos based on my enquiry when I had the telephone conversation with him. When he gave me a quote and meanwhile sounded like a good bargain for money, I decided to take his offer so I decided to book my gardening from Alex for Thursday 25th July 2019. Anyway when it was coming nearer enough to the time of my appointment something said to me by instinct let me phone this gardener to find out if he still coming to do my gardening. When I phone him while I was out on the street doing my shopping which was the day before my appointment on Wednesday 24th July. The guy Alex answered the phone and said that he didn't book me in for my appointment because I did not text him my address to him that was really his excuse why he could not do my gardening for the Thursday 25th July 2019. So he said we will have to leave another time after Thursday. So I did said to him I did send my address details on the Monday after we have finished our conversation regarding my gardening so u can book for that Thursday. What I picked up from his expression on the phone he started to sort of argue with me over the phone like I was lying regarding texting my address to him because he saying he did not receive my text to his mobile phone he was using and that is why he did not book me in the Thursday, so I had no choice to make another booking and put till Friday 26th July which was today. By this time now I knew that this guy was not trustworthy and not professional because he sort started arguing with me the as a first time customer who very genuine one and if I wanted to prove if I wasn't in the wrong in that conversation that we had on the Wednesday. I could proved my text by photo through his email address if he wanted to show him that I did sent it off my address details on to his work mobile at what date and time. Because we all know viewers mobile phones always prove that your messages have been sent before they automatically they get stored on your sent box folder after it been sent through to the receiver mobile number. Cut a long story short it just seems to me that this gardener was not keen on providing the service that he was happy to provide me on the Thursday 25th July 2019 like he said he would on Monday 22nd of July 2019 during our conversation of my gardening because of his attitude he expressed to me over the phone had suddenly changed, but anyway knowing me I give people the benefit of the doubt especially when it come to there affordable services I am looking for. Viewers I was right about this guy Alex and his gardening services when Friday came it proved my instinct was right about him after our second telephone call on the Wednesday. Friday 26th July 2019 was the day he supposed to turn up what happened people, the weather was not nice because it was cloudy and thunder and rain start to pour down. Even then I did not get a telephone call from him to let me know if he was coming or if he decide to cancel this appointment. I had to phone up again as it gone pass the time of my appointment today because knowing this gardener Alex I will not be surprised if he was going to use the weather as an excuse why he cannot turn up for the appointment for that 2day. When I finally got hold of him on the phone that exactly what he told me over the phone why he couldn’t do the appointment and also another thing which is second reason why he said he don’t like my attitude based on the way I spoke to him on Wednesday. So I asked him what attitude did I give you over the phone which I didn’t give him an attitude people because as a first time customer I am asking for a gardening service a quote for it, if I like the service you can book me in and as any customer expected for you to turn up to do what customer has booked you for. Then by this time I was very frustrated and we both end up getting into a quabble over the phone, because for the pass couple of days this gardener Alex has been given me the run around for the pass couple of days and people like him have the audacity to say to any real genuine customer like myself which he didn’t really want to provide them a service for one reason or the other they decide to take the coward way of doing things and they will use bad excuses like these not to turn up for their appointment that they have with the customer by not to replying to their emails when they asking them for a quote with pictures sometime before the customer called them, they even use attitude with a customer when the customer is talking to them politely with reason on why they have not turn up for the appointments, they have set for the customer, if it is not one excuse is another which is the weather or it some emergency purposes why they don’t keep turn up at appointments. If I was you people, I would avoid this person gardening service no matter how affordable it is because there is no guarantee he will turn up whether the day is very good or bad, because he is shown in my experience he is totally unreliable, not trustworthy and plus not very professional when it comes to is business that he is offering to his customers, he’s not really what I see in these reviews from my own personal experience. No customer don’t deserve to experience this type of bad customer service whether new customer or ongoing customer, people I advise you to keep putting your feedbacks about these services where it is gardening, D.I.Y or retail services especially if you are not a satisfied customer. Please if you are viewer please look at the most recent to the past reviews, so you know if any of these services are what you are expecting them to be in the present time comparing to the pass, before you use them. If they do not ful-fil your expectation whether be it enquiring and they do not answer your emails with pictures for a quote, they even don’t even answer there phone when you know they supposed to be on duty during those times you are calling or they keep giving you the run around which is causing so much delay and this keep happening with number of these people based on the above services I have mention. Please out them by exposing them because as a customer you have to realise any services you go for they need us as customers as much as we need them and these types of people whether they are self-employed or not, they are not untouchable comparing to the customer because we can’t do without there services. You have to remember people who is paying their wages? and they have to remember people there is big competition out there with all types of services, where people like us customers can pick, choose and refuse from and with these services they don’t seem to realise can they afford to mistreat any customer when the competition is so fierce out there and when customers money is your livelihood and your good reputation is what help you to prosper in your business in the first place can these service say they are untouchable when they mistreat few customers here and there especially when they don’t even know them and if you lose customers for lack of good customer service and you lose your good reputation, then you will see cracks start to show in their business when they start losing profit because lack of customers that are not using any of their services and if these services are not careful whether popular or not they can end up going bankrupt. People let me tell you something I am just keeping it real, don’t put up with waist of space like this gardener who is self-employed like Alex, if they don’t fulfil your expectation as a customer because within any service they should treat their customer they way they liked to be treated which often then less these types of organizations like City Junk Gardening who is more less a self-employed business fail to practice.
