It was a huge disappointment and waste of 1100 EUR.
The app to custom build a playground is good, but that is where the fun ends. The assembly was a pain, the instructions are not clear and needs a lot of tools that you often do not have at normal household.
The worst part? I wanted to replace the ladder because it was too difficult to climb for our child. First, they quoted €90 (45 for ladder, ca. 45 for delivery). Later, they flat out said I cannot order new ladder.
Now the product we paid more than a thousand EURO is mostly useless. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
