Return Scam

Continuing issues:
After 13 days of emailing for a return form and address, I finally received one after posting 1 star review on here. So here's another with an update.

To return the misrepresented dress(it did not look or fit as marketed) would cost me $142! The dress cost $278! That's a $136 refund!

The return email said it would be a $50 loss in shipping not 50% of the purchase price.

So now no refund, no partial refund, and a boxed up dress with no where to go. And AGAIN no response from customer (no)service

I honestly have no clue how people are…

I honestly have no clue how people are expected to supposed to wear this dress. The chest area is WAY too high. I may not be a spring chicken anymore, but it also does not suit someone in their teenage years - still way too high for one of my daughters. The clasps that hold the bows on in the back are these cheap snap buttons that are plastic and were barely sewn into place. One already broke - the first time I even tried it on, so now I cannot even return the dress because my wedding is in about 8 weeks. I have to try to have this altered if possible, and with such a quick turn around, it's looking more and more like the sewing lessons I took at age 9 are going to have to suffice to fix my own dress...with satin fabric no less. It's a shame because style wise it was the exact dress I was searching for.

Beyond My Expectations: A Stunning Dress & Exceptional Service!

I have to admit—I was terrified after placing my order and then seeing the reviews. I ordered a custom-size wedding dress without checking first, and panic immediately set in. I reached out to June Bridals' customer service right away, and they were amazing! They responded quickly, addressed all my concerns, and even sent me real photos of a completed dress from their shop so I’d know exactly what to expect.

Gorgeous Wedding Dress

The dress was absolutely beautiful and well made. The dress did run a bit small and I had to order another. Customer service was so helpful and shipped my new dress out quickly! High quality dress and very elegant!

Affordable Beautiful Dresses!

I ordered my dress with no issues. It arrived earlier then they said it would. AND I LOVE IT!! Really beautiful. However, get a size smaller then the measurements say, mine was much too large. Good news is that customer service helped me purchase a smaller size and refunded me. Also, don't be scared when it is delivered, it comes vacuum packed and you can't imagine that your dress could be sooo small. But it bounces right into place. I'll pay to have it steamed and maybe a small alteration - but otherwise I love it!!

FRAUD COMPANY

People, please read the reviews before you buy from this fraudulent company and BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS. I ordered two dresses, and they came beat up in a soft bag. The dresses themselves are shoved into smaller plastic bags and one bag had a big hole in it. When I took the dresses out, not only is the quality laughable, but they look nothing like the pictures. Which leads me to believe they paid for the positive reviews on their site, or just aren't allowing anything but positive reviews to be published and visible. There are rhinestones and sequin embellishments where there shouldn't be, a bow that is safety pinned to the back of the dress instead of sewn in, very clear and visible breast pads, sleeves were ridiculously short (and I'm not a tall woman) the lace hem line was not finished, but rather just looked cut with scissor and sent off with a raw hem? I emailed them for a return the day I got them, March 5th. It’s now March 19th, and I have received one email from them just two days ago asking me to take pictures of myself in the dresses. That is absolutely inappropriate. Especially since my issue wasn't the fit. It was quality and misrepresentation in pictures on their site. Where in their return policy does it say to be able to return a dress you have to submit pictures of yourself?! This is absolutely a scam company. I am going to have to take this up with my bank because I fear they have taken my money and with this kind of lack of communication, they will never allow a return and give me the runaround. I'm positive that even if they did "approve" me to make a return and send these items back, they would find some "issue" or reason not to proceed with the refund once received. So sad when buying a wedding dress should be a wonderful experience. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! FRAUD COMPANY

Update: Even though these dresses are misrepresented in the pictures they have posted on their website… and are not the same at all…I received and email saying I need to return them to China and they will charge me $80 to return the items. So basically, they can send you whatever they want and then charge you to send them back and keep a bunch of your money, even though you didn’t get close to what your ordered! This is false advertisement! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Was offered a refund on March 19th. It’s now March 24th, Never heard back. Never refunded. Not surprising. Will be reporting this company to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission.

No one answers in customer service

Update on 3/21/25-JuneBridals only responded to me once I posted this review. Then lied and said they had sent me return instructions. I responded to the email they sent on 3/18/25 (after this review was posted) now they won’t respond again. This is beyond frustrating- I shop online all the time and have never had this type of issue with any company before. 03/18/25-The dress is pretty but doesn’t fit me properly. I’ve emailed them twice, tried calling 4 times, and attempted to chat online for help to return the dress. I only have a 14 day window to return and I feel like they are running down the clock so I can’t return it. I’m so disappointed. I had purchased a bridesmaid dress for my daughter from another online company and it was super easy to return as it was too big.

I ordered a dress from them and when I…

I ordered a dress from them and when I received it, it was completely different than the picture. There were darts when none are shown in the photo. I immediately emailed because they have a 14 day return policy. I finally got a return email day five asking me if I actually wanted to return it or if I wanted to keep it for a discount. I responded that I wanted to return it as I stated in my original email and I have never heard back.

Do NOT buy a dress from them!

Do not buy a dress from them! Horrible customer service and I had to send 3 separate emails to return my dress which arrived with two black marks on it (they never responded to any of my emails). I would not recommend this site to anyone. I ended up finding a brand new dress for my bridal brunch on Poshmark through Show me your mumu and it was honestly amazing. I wish I'd gone there first.

No response from customer service

The dress received looked nothing like it was pictured on the website. I have emailed several times for a return authorization and refund with no response. I was skeptical about ordering and should have listened to the reviews.

Don’t buy!!!!

I bought a dress and it is different from the photo on their website. Also, after measuring myself before ordering and buying a size up, it does fit. So, I have writing them for a return and no respond. Don’t buy from this site. I should’ve look for reviews before. On their site, they have a lot of
complements but it must be them whose writing the reviews to seduce customers. BE AWARE!!!!

**They were supposed to refund me half of the amount. 10-14 days but still nothing after 20 days and they don’t respond to my email. Very frustrating!!!!!!

There are very fast to reply on this site when they have bad reviews but not answering the emails that you sent to them. Also, if you write bad reviews on there site they don’t post it.

You ask me to write to you at the address in your comment and I did but you not responding. You suggested a refund of $90 instead of returning. 26 days and still nothing.

Will never recommend this company to…

Will never recommend this company to anyone. I received my bridesmaid dress that didn’t fit. I’ve emailed the company multiple times, and I still haven’t received a response. Please do not order from this company!

I think it’s funny how after I leave a poor review, you respond to my email but then stop responding when I say I want a refund. You guys are a piece of work! I’m a hardworking single parent that clearly doesn’t have $150 to just throw away. Lesson learned with June’s Bridal!

It's too generous to give this company one star

It's too generous to give this company a one star rating. The dress did not fit and I went through a NIGHTMARE trying to get even a partial refund and still did not. After 7 emails back and forth (some of which they wouldn't respond to and I had to keep on them), I finally agreed to get a $70 refund from the company even though I paid $158. They said it would come in 10 to 14 days. Well it's been 17 days and it never came. I finally had to dispute it with Visa. This company is a total Chinese scam operation. If it doesn't fit, you'll have to send it back to China for around $50 and pay the $40 that they paid sending it to you. I opted for the $70 because I didn't trust the company to say they received the dress. But didn't even get the $70! I could kick myself for not looking at the reviews before I did business with this company and by the way, JUNE BRIDALS, DON'T YOU DARE RESPOND TO THIS POST ACTING LIKE YOU CARE!!!!

The dress I purchased from this store…

The dress I purchased from this store is beautiful and I wore it for a reception. It was great quality but there were a few minor issues with the sizing. I ordered it custom-made and it was a little tight in the chest area, I don't know if there was something wrong with the way I measured it so I had to alter it. However, it is a beautiful dress and I am excited to wear it on my big day. I would recommend that if you need a custom order, you should always take good measurements to avoid any unnecessary issues.
