Jun big mess

The cheapest, ugliest email system I've ever encountered. Every time I reply to an email, my reply is copied my in box so it's full of confusing messages.

A racket

Firstly, it's a racket. If you want to keep your Virgin Media email, you have to use Junara, and you have to pay the ridiculous prices.

Secondly, it doesn't even work. I never receive a verification code by email.

Total lack of customer service

Total lack of customer service, just like Virgin media
Its just AI.
Virgin Media/junara are a bunch of useless tossers
Seriously, find a new provider.
Who in their right mind pays for an email provider.

Oh dear

Oh dear
Virgin Media, keen to cut costs, has dumped its customers onto Junara.
Who the hell are they I asked and soon found out. Their email compose box is useless; I can find how to navigate around the page, and carriage return isn't enabled.
Take the 12-month free offer, and meanwhile find another company that actually produces something usable.

Junara and Virgin Mail uselessness.

This is the most useless company. Unfortunately, Virgin Media are no longer doing emails, so people are forced into using Junara to keep email addresses they may have had for decades. Meanwhile, for many customers, the experience of switching over to Junara has been far from smooth. Customer service via email (to an alternative) is sporadic and unhelpful. Surely Virgin Media could have selected a better company than this rip off.
