Do not play this site they will Rob u blind I self excluded myself I had 200 in my account wouldn't let me withdraw it at all and they haven't put the money in my bank avoid with caution

I see there’s a lot complaining about jumpman gaming why are they allowed to operate they should be shut down they are blatantly ripping people off it’s illegal if I rip someone I get locked up so why no help this need looking in to by the authorities so why I’ve just opened a new account asked them if there connected to jumpman gaming they said no but did a bit off nosying and they are so be careful guys they are gangster in an office I will not give up with this till they do something about it

Played on this game for months them come to Take my money out and now they have frozen my account so I can't play but can log on there asking for pictures of old bank cards I no longer have because we're lost even tho at the time I sent all the documents over if only they made it so hard to deposit I've sent around 30 emails to support I've sent 20 emails to complaints team can anybody give a phone number as I'm ill and don't need this stress

Opened my account Sunday 14/08/22. Played on account ended up winning and went to make a withdrawal. At that stage I got asked to upload documents which is fair enough got all that done and sorted by Monday afternoon. Went to make a withdrawal and even got a text message saying withdrawal pending. Checked the next day and my account have been locked but I can still log on??? Just wanted to know if anyone has any advice or is it worth cutting my losses after reading all the reviews for jumpman gaming the site I was on was wild 24.

Isn’t even worth a one star! Avoid! Will reject any documents provided even when it’s what’s specify! Then avoids emails. Can someone advise me how to take my complaints about the company further?

I won with 50£ about 9.500 £ and i verified all the documents like id ,prov adress, bank statement and they say now You can’t withdraw and they don’t say the reason
If any one can help me i need contact number or i want to claim on that shot casino

I'd give them a 0 won £150 and they wouldn't verify my PayPal account even though I spent nearly 2 weeks giving them all the ID they needed, there unprofessional gladly take your money and won't pay it back , seen loads of others be had the same way ,shut them down gives other good casinos companies a bad name, had to make a complaint begore they did finally pay out" they take 2.50 off for sending you your on money too 🤬🤬🤬

I signed up to a site called Freebet Casino which is run by Jumpman Gaming, and after trying to withdraw £400, I was confronted with the verification process and the penny dropped. I thought "Oh, here we go"...... You see, I had a bad experience with Amazon slots verification process (also a Jumpman casino) i.e everything I uploaded was rejected, so I just replayed all my winnings as I never thought I'd get any of it withdrawn. I checked out the reviews and was quite shocked at all the negatives, that I thought I would never get my money from Freebet either. I tried again after reading the instructions properly, and uploaded my passport, a credit card statement and a gas bill. This was Wednesday and I just received £397.50 in my bank account today 30.07.22. I was expecting the battle that so many others have had, but I can honestly say my experience has been positive. I'm sorry for everyone else who had such bad experiences, but I have to leave a positive review based soley on my experience. I've knocked one star off because I'm being petty about being charged £2.50 to withdraw my winnings. Had I known this, I would have withdrawn at a balance of £402.50 :-) All in all, I will use this particular site again.

I seem to be having the same problem as everybody else. I have fully verified my account. I deposited £300 and then withdrew my winnings if £350 thats where the problems started. They keep reversing my withdrawal to my casino balance. Have emailed customer service (aztec wins) and also jumpman going complaints. They keep telling me the bank has declined the withdrawal (the bank hasn't have spoken to them on 3 occasions. They are now saying that I have to register a new card, deposit money then I can get that card activated and can make withdrawal. This is not on and I'm not prepared to open a new bank account in order to get winnings. This has been going on 2 weeks so far. This is by far the most corrupt site ever. No customer services and automated emails. Now taking this to court and hope more will. Goong to start a reddit on this matter. avoid JUMPMAN GAMING at all costs

This garbage company doesn’t deserve not even one star ! I played at crystalslots.com wich is theirs as well like many of them and after a few attempts of verifications,i passed. When i wanted to withdraw,I couldn’t. The interesting thing is that on my account another card appeared wich is not mine and i never added. Because that card appeared,they asked me details about it and obviously I couldn’t provide because it’s not mine. After a lot of emails “Kerry” from customer support told me that on their system it’s showing that I deposited from the new card but what they forget is: my bank statements. Yesterday,”James” from customer support wrote me,apologied for “confusions” and asked me to prove my deposits. After i sent them the proofs,he didn’t reply anymore. I never saw something like this in my life and i will do everything it needs to take my winnings and to be honest,even more. We shall unite,and together to burry this company because they don’t deserve to be active and they need to pay for their actions and illegalities.

I'm sorry to see so many people have had a bad experience, however, mine has been ok. I won £600 3 days ago on Big Ben games and before I could withdraw I was asked to upload documents which is the norm these days with gambling sites, I uploaded utility bill, bank card and passport originally my utility bill was rejected and I received an email to ask if I could send it over, I did this and the money was in my bank today, I know alot of gambling sites do same day payouts or even next day but I've only had to wait 72 hours which isn't bad.

They make it almost impossible to withdraw my own money, verification takes ages and so far not enough have happened to verify my account, warning! avoid it

I’d give it zero reviews if I could. They ask you to verify which you do, but after the 11th time of verifying I’d rather take the hundred pound loss and go to the gambling commission and log a complaint. They tell you to get in contact with customer service yet when you do they say a colleague has been in contact with you. This in fact is not a colleague as they state. This is an automated email message they send out. As nothing in the emails they send back to me is anything to do with the question I ask. They never ask to verify when they take the money but always will ask for verification when you wish to withdraw. Stay away people. Otherwise you’ll find yourself out of pocket for a site that charges £2:50 even for you to withdraw money. Other sites I have played in the past don’t do this. Also have a look in the gov website about this firm. They’ve been found in breach of a few things not up to parr.
