Many websites on TV for this company!!

They hide their name by using different websites, all advertising on UK TV.

Why not use one website?

Beware... Found so far, advertising daily...
LUCKY COW BINGO
LUCKY ADMIRAL
BINGO ALIENS
DEAL OR NO DEAL
...probably more - but haven't spent too much time looking.

So if you join one or more of these - you will find it very hard to withdraw winnings.

Jumpman gaming scammers

More like 0 but no option for that. As others have said do not deposit any money to them. They will refuse to give you any money back that includes your money back or any winnings you might of got. Even going though the right channels to get your money back and other organisations trying they refuse outright. This is the biggest scamming website Iv ever seen. Run by crooks. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I don't even know who this company is

I don't even know who this company is, have never made an account, don't gamble. Yet I woke to £87.50 added onto my phonebill to this company: all done between 2-4am, all roughly 8 minutes apart. My phone bill provider refused to wipe the charges and contacting this company is literally impossible unless I wanna stay on hold to an international number and be charged what they owe me anyway!!! Absolutely fuming they are scamming peoples phone numbers and getting away with it because the phone providers class it as a 'valid charge,' even though it obviously is fraud on my account.

Well what can I say apart from use…

Well what can I say apart from use another site..
Customer support..non existant when you need them...48 -72 hour wait..
Charge you £2.50 to withdraw your own money...other sites I play send your winnings to you for free and in just as quick time..
And to top it off, they have temporarily locked my account because.....they obviously know me and my circumstances and feel that my playing time is an issue for me!!!!!!....now I have funds that are just waiting to be collected but unable to retrieve it...
They are so clever in telling me what is best for me without even knowing me..
My advice is don't get caught up in this gaming site..there are many many sites that are run better than this...

P.s....I bet it takes upto 3-4 days for them to see this...

Deposited and tried to withdraw

Deposited and tried to withdraw. Account not fully verified. They have a clear statement on their site that declares "you have the legal right to withdraw your cash balance in full at any time." Despite this, I sent proof of bill payment and had a message my acct is now fully verified. Deposited and played again and went to make another withdrawal and same again, acct not verified. I went to customer support and was told the acct verified message was sent in error. They then offered to sent me £37.97 back and asked I reply if I agree and say so. So I have and now they have gone silent and not responding and no money sent. I rang their tel no and its been cut off.

This company are not legit .UKGC Rule is clear in that you cannot stop someone withdrawing their cash claiming need for documents, that's part of every operators licalence agreement and these are breaching that and they don't care. I'm going to notify the UKGC about this and I warn everyone thinking of playing there, don't! Over 7 million revenue they have and stop players withdrawing £50 illegally. They are greedy and breaching their licence.

Update: today the complaints dpt responded after I screenshot this message above and told them this is now on trust pilot and I was going to challenge this through eCOGRA, their ADR and then notify The UKGC, they messaged me to say the refund, as small as it was, had been issued. I checked my bank and confirmed the funds were there the same day. Thank you for be small gesture. Case closed.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke! I deposited over £200 on Rainbow Spins website and got lucky and won £1800. Now I have been in an email battle due to them rejecting my verification documents for me to withdraw my winnings.
No more email responses now apart from an automated 'Proof of Card Payment Rejected' even their Complaints department don't respond.
I'm not going to let this go, and will be escalating it to the CMA and Gaming Commission to get them shut down.

Scam

Same as all the other reviews. I won 1800 and they closed the account due to their " gambling concerns" now they won't reply. Pointless going to the UKGC or IBAS as ther are paid by these companies and will just agree with them regardless of what the issue is . This needs to looked into via the government. But they will not do anything due to the income to them ....SCAM.

£20 deposit, £20 bouns gone in 28 mins and nowt back not even a bouns to keep me interested or playing

£20 deposit. £20 bouns = £40 and not a win back at all 28mins play time, trying different stake amounts amd games. Mega reel is rubbish too all you get is 5 spins on Joker or tree and never get anything.10 free spins pn chilli heat10?! . It's like every game is 'switched off' I have many accounts all linked to keep company to see what was best offer and at the end of it, I wish I didn't waste my money. What a joke. When you do win it takes ages for payout ( 1 week last time) constantly asking for documents that will be the same cause I was only asked for them the other day. Personally stay clear, I am now. Joke
