I am Only hitting that 1 star to rate this company. It gets a NO STARS!!! A ZER0!!! I ordered a 10 foot Trampoline Tent they sent me a box that clearly has a Marker overtop of the 4 because they sent me a 14 foot Trampoline Tent and That's Not going to fit my new Trampoline that's been sitting here for a month just to get the Wrong Size Tent that They Wanted to give me!!!!! Please People Don't make the mistake I made and put trust in a company that just doesn't care what we pay for let alone order!!!!!

If I could give no stars

If I could give no stars, I would. They sent me the wrong size. Instead of me shipping it back and giving me the correct one, they asked for pictures for proof (which was fine at first). All email which takes days. Then a picture of the box, the a picture of me packing it up. It’s been days and nothing. My kids are upset and it’s 150$

horrible experience so far

horrible experience so far, I ordered an accessory for the tent that was bought and cannot track it at all. after hours of trying to find a phone number I tried calling the company and got a girl to answer once who could not answer my questions. When calling now i either get hung up on or an answering machine and cannot contact anyone. I realize it's the holidays but this is a nightmare after a 240 purchase

Do NOT Purchase from Company

Very bad experience. Their website stated that the trampoline tent would be done and delivered in 4 to 5 weeks at the beginning of the summer. First, it was eight weeks later no response to my emails asking for status update, then 12 weeks later. I finally get a response and I’m told that everything‘s been delayed. Now that the summer is basically over I tell them that I want to cancel the order. A week goes by without a response again. So I decide to dispute the charge with American Express and finally the company responds by email stating that they will cancel and credit the order. It has now been three weeks since that time and there is still no credit or charge back and they keep sending ambiguous emails making excuses why the credit hasnt been done so Ive had to dispute the charge again. Very sleazy company. Would not purchase anything from them. American Express said this isn’t the first time they’ve had issues with this company.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - I purchased a trampoline tent which broke days after purchasing. I was told by customer service that it was not made for outdoor use and to sew it back together. Poor quality, poor issue resolution, waste of money.

Received several defective products and customer support will not help me

I have gone through 3 jump pads and 2 compete trampoline frames since I placed my order 3 months ago. I am very upset and frustrated. First they sent a defective jump pad that was missing a loop to attach to the net. Then they sent me the wrong replacement pad with 8 extra spring loops that did not match my frame and was complete different model. Now they have sent a brand new trampoline set which came looking used and muddy, and the stitching was fraying all over the seems. It was the same model, but had different features - very cheaply made and not consistent with the first product I received. The first time my 6yo finally got to jump on our new trampoline, after waiting months for replacements, he fell into the net and the straps ripped apart up top. It is no longer secure or safe for him. This is outrageous. I want to return this faulty product and get my money back but now they say I am outside the time - due to their defective products and weeks of shipping for each replacement. I also want to send this huge pile of defective pieces back but they refuse to send me a label and said it is my responsibility to discard - 2 complete trampoline sets and one extra too large jump pad with net attached. I paid $618.98 for this 3 months ago and my children have not even been able to use it! Nobody is helping me and they are refusing to let me return it although their website says they have a money back guarantee.

Refreshing costumer service

I have a ten year old trampoline that recently broke. It was a different brand but I ended up on JumpFly’s site, purchasing a new round support bar. Within a day of purchasing I received an email asking if the trampoline I was purchasing the support for was in fact a JumpFly as the bar may not work with a different brand. I was floored. You never get concern like that from companies! When I realized it was a different brand, I wrote back stating this and without even a question they refunded my money. I almost wish I had a JumpFly just so I could give money to a company that is so honest and operates with integrity.

Not Worth It

Poor customer service and the part that holds the net at the top are constantly coming apart. There’s only a 6 year old & 10 year old who jump on it. Also, the goal does not attach in a very good way. The net fell apart after a couple months as well as all the plastic parts faded and looks old now. It looks like a trampoline we have had for years and it’s only been a few months.

Amazing

Jumpfly customer service is amazing. Plus great product. I would not be more satisfied buying from Jumpfly. My daughter loves her trampoline and I am happy. Anything you need, they respond to you very quickly and provide solutions. I highly recommend.

What a great experience and product

What a great experience and product! Product came almost immediately and unexpected because there was no shipping activity, it just showed up! My plan worked, my boys are back outside and off video games! The first thing they say is dad can I go outside and get on the trampoline! WOW! Thanks jumpfly!

You get what you pay for

The cartoons printed on the mat are awesome. Very bouncy. Definitely meets the price. Quality is decent, I wouldn't pay over the listed price for this. CON: I wish the pad that covers the springs was thicker and nicer, definitely seems/feels cheap. PRO: I like how the safety net is sewn into the jumping mat to keep little finger and toes from the springs. Overall we are happy with the purchase. Glad this trampoline has warranties included, I wouldn't buy without.

Trampoline did not hold up

Trampoline did not hold up. Folded upon assembly. Was told we didn’t build it on the right surface so look out for that. After several emails trying to get replacement parts I finally gave up and they issued a refund.

Part of our trampoline was deliver bent…

Part of our trampoline was deliver bent :( it’s one of the legs so we can’t use it as the trampoline won’t sit even. I reached out by phone (which wasn’t helpful) but also email, they got back to me right away and sent a replacement piece. Great customer service, I will purchase again in the future!
