Wow... Jumia is the best platform to order product, I just ordered for redmi 10s and it was delivered to me safely.

Purchased a phone from them from their GLOBAL service, and was requested to prepay. After some hours, I open the app to check on the status on some orders, I see that the phone show canceled and later I received a call informing me that the phone is no longer available and will be refunded. First, they Advertised that with their global service, they purchase the item abroad and ship it to you, so when they said the phone is not available, I was surprised as the manufacturer has not stop producing.
For the past 4 months or more i have been calling them, Each time please can i have the order number, after that they will call me and so on and end up not calling, i have almost spent almost the phone equivalent on credit, i will call , they will pick and hang up, support staff are rude on the phone and even abusive, that it is not their fault. Why will you pick a call when u cant direct my request to the appropriate persons involved ?

Purchased a phone from Jumia Cameroon, opened the package while the delivery guy was still with me and noticed the phone came without its headphones, even though they were supposed to be included in the box.

When I reached out to complain and at least request even a cheap pair of headphones be sent out to me, just as a gesture of great customer service, they were unwilling to do so as it was not their policy and they did not even try to get the seller, EBM Electronics, I think that's what they're called, to send out one.

When I asked if the product could be returned and I get a refund, as my order was incomplete, even after they clearly stated EVERYTHING was included in the package. Talk about great customer service!

Anyhoo! Bottom line, stay away from Jumia. Their poor customer service, coupled with the not so great infrastructure in the country means poor customer protection and any orders from them are at your peril.
