For the first few months, I started playing on this site it was great….. but that didn’t last long. I stopped playing at this casino because I bought a little over $3000 one night then over the next few weeks it was a $100 here and a$100 there but I never won over $400 combined. So I spent about $5500 and didn’t win over $400, That’s crazy. The RPT on the particular game I was playing was something like 96% so you could see how that would be impossible unless I was being scammed! Just a heads up for anybody who’s thinking about playing on the site I’d play for maybe the first four months and then I would cut it off.

If I could give 0 STARS I would. Don't play here. This casino does give a lot of free spins with no real money wins. They gave me 4 free spins on the 🛞 and I didn't get a penny. I had a very poor experience with Jumbo88. After reopening my account, I experienced repeated game glitches, especially during bonus rounds, leading to rapid and unexpected losses across multiple games.

I emailed support several times requesting a full investigation, but my messages were ignored or met with generic responses that did not address the actual issues. There is also very little transparency or access to detailed account or gameplay information.

Due to the lack of communication and accountability, I do not trust this platform and would not recommend it. I was contacted by their team asking me to take the review down in exchange for free SCs. Instead of addressing the actual issues I raised or completing a proper investigation, the focus appeared to be on removing the review.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and how customer complaints are handled. Reviews should be resolved through accountability and clear explanations, not incentives to silence feedback.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I redeemed five hundred dollars three days ago, and I still have not received it.Customer service told me that it had been processed and I chose the twenty four hours or less redemption, i have not got any other responses from my inquiries. I will update the stars if they pay me my money.

Be very careful and avoid this site at all costs people. I got an email from him just now I went to open it in my browser and got a warning from my Norton 360° of the site being malicious and not to visit it. I trust Norton 100% they have kept me protected on multiple occasions.

The mystery spins are obviously rigged. Just received 5 and each one landed on gold coins and the wheel doesn’t spin properly. It’s intentionally programmed to have a 3 second delay and then intentionally lags as it spins.

Keeps telling me to verify my email to get started, I verify and try to play and repeat. I do love when the sweeps casinos are upfront about their glitches though, saves me money. lol Why would I trust that I’d be able to win anything when the site glitches before I can even get started?

the 5 star reviews here are fake. i never won more than 10x in any of the bonuses i got on hacksaw,playson,3 oaks,booming games,and bgaming. i never got a line hit over 5x.i did all 20 cent spins on sooo many different providers.i started with 100 sc so 100 sc worth of 20 cent spins and getting no bonus over 10x is obviously rigged. i play on every single site.i play all day almost everyday so i know when slots are scamming

I have not played on the site a lot yet, but I did win $1K after playing a couple weeks now and then. Being new to the site, I feel it's easy to sign up and get verified. Plus the redemption time was quicker then any other site I have played on. I play regularly on 4 different sites. I think Jumbo is just as good as the others. Except I do get the feeling that it seems a little harder to hit bonus spins. Maybe I just haven't found the right games yet. They have a wide selection of games, easy sign up verification and fast redemption time. What's not to like!

Garbage platform. Out of 35 dollar package that i purchase for ten dollars i was able to play for maybe 10 or 15 minutes at the most. Almost every game i plaayed was a looser and the one game that i did win at the bonus awarded me 1.24 for a 40 cent spin. The games i wanted to play wouldnt work on my brand new galaxy s24. They also never give any bonuses as far as free play goes unless you enjoy winning gold coins every day on their daily spin cause thats about all that they will award you no matter how much youve already spent on their platform. Not to mention the customer service garbage cause you cant get ahold of anyone except a bot. If i could have given this platform a worse rating i would have but unfortunately the rating system wont allow it. If i were to recommend a casino to someone to play this would not be the one.
