Glad there is a referral service targetted at India. A few points of critique:
i) Referrals can take some days/weeks to go through, but that might have more to do with Jumbl's partners instead of them.
ii) I wish I could update my resume on the fly when there is an active referral. This is the only serious negative.
iii) I wish I could filter Jobs by Industry on the Companies page. Also wish I could filter out certain companies on the Jobs page so that I can avoid looking at that company's listings.

All in all, happy with the service and glad it exists for me and others looking for new jobs.

Excellent service that you can trust. No more tension of approaching random people on linkedin for referrals. Jumbl first evaluates if you qualify for the position or not and then only gets you referred.

Great app for referral. Processes referrals very fast within 1-2 days. Taking referrals from linkedin usually takes a lot of time. But this platform solves that problem.

Good experience so far but processing can be faster as sometimes roles expire or are not even eligible for a referral.

Very nice initiative, was able to get a couple of interview calls without begging random strangers on LinkedIn for refferal.
Few feedbacks after using the platform for few weeks:
1. Expire the referral request after 7-10 days as jobs with high volume applications close before the refferal is processed, or gets so late it gets ignored by the recruiter as referral on the platform takes 1-4 weeks, so it'll better if the process can be faster.
2. Urgent Referrals: Add a urgent refferal feature that can cost extra but promise a refferal under 24 hrs, will be great for FAANG and other big companies.
