They don’t reply

They had a campaign on some treatments. I wrote multiple messages to book but they never even replied. Not very nice.

The experience was awful

The experience was awful. The lips were not shaped at all, I’ve gotten a migration and on the follow up appointment even more filler was added. The right side of the lip was bigger, lips were painful and hard I couldn’t even touch them after a month. I ended up dissolving the lips and after telling the clinic what happened it didn’t seem that they care.
Also they put ice on my lips after injecting the filler which is unacceptable and asked to massage which didn’t help at all and should not be advised
