This shop is scamming people. I ordered many items which I never received.
They using legitimate company name and logo to scam customers.Please don’t buy anything online from this company,

I would give this site 0 stars but that’s not a option order a bin 2 months ago no delivery also the site is no longer available. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a bin from TikTok, it never arrived and my emails were never answered. Should have known it was too good to be true.

I ordered a food bin over a month ago and I am still waiting for it. No explanation as to what is going on - dreadful customer care don’t use this company.

What a joke! to say the least. I would also give no stars. Ordered bin with tiktok recommendation. Took money and no delivery. Emailed to say delivery due 2nd May but still haven't had my order. Emailed them now shop doesn't exist. So angry as taken money. Yes, tiktok you should monitor adverts like this so people don't get scammed! People like that shouldn't get away with it!!

How can they get away with taking hundreds of pounds off people , Tik tok need to have better procedures in place , check these folks are real before allowing them to use their platform
They send out emails that reassure you including one about there being a delay due to overwhelming orders - they have now Disappeared along with all our cash ... AVOID if the pop up again

I have asked you where my items are you said you was sending them I still have not received both of my bins

What a scam took my money never got bin they owe me and others was suppose to get bin on 2nd May sent loafs of emails but none in return

I ordered the bin which was advertised and got a confirmation email stating 5 working days, they were too quick in taking the money, never received the bin, have emailed twice. tried tracking but website doesn't exist!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.
have phone bank, but they are saying I need to wait 30 days from date of transaction to dispute.

Exactly the same. Paid for bin and got confirmation email. Payment gone to another company and link on order confirmation website dose not exist. This is a scam. Bank saying to wait another 7 days.

Scammers. Advertise on tik tok ,(a bin ) take your money , send an email so it looks real. Checked transaction it was a completely different company , (bazingo parties in London, children's entertainment) go on their website and that's coming up scam.
Contacted bank have to wait 7 days . Then get money back.
How are they getting away with this. Very angry 😠

Total scam. Fraud dealers.
Advertised items on tik tok advert from there fake website. Bought item. Never arrived. Never given delivery information. Had to tell bank to try rectify and refund my money, they take your money stral from you.. shocking.
AVOID TIK TOK ADVERTS NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
