Put order in 2 weeks ago not received anything not answering emails avoid it’s just a pure scam

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, NO TELEPHONE RESPONSE, IF I COULD REPORT TO THE POLICE FOR THEFT I WOULD!

Placed order 3 weeks ago and still not delivery when it states next day delivery!! Emailed and tried to call no response, AVIODDD!!!! Had to open claim with my bank!! SCAMMM!!

Appalling. Order placed and nothing received. I have had to dispute the payment with my card provider. Avoid.

Ordered on the 9th July for next day delivery, by Saturday still nothing received emailed them. Got email on Sunday with an apology they will ship a new order out if DHL have lost it. Monday was told they're waiting to hear from DHL. That was the last communication with them. Received order today. I am missing 1 vape and the 3 I did receive are wrong. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and now the lack of care with my order. I'm waiting for a response as I obviously emailed them to let them know it's all wrong. We shall see. Oh and to top it off at no point was I given the tracking to trace my own order.

I ordered 10 x Crystal pro switch 30k at £49.90
I placed the order 7days ago. After repeated emails requesting an update of my order and no response. I've tried to call the Tel no which give you 5 options. Having tried all five options. Unable to get through to any of them. An automated voice saying mail box full Unable to connect.
I'm feeling ripped off . I feel like I've been scamed.

Charge you £4.99 for express delivery, then keep you waiting ages for arrival of product . No tracking number . No idea who courier is . No idea of when product is going to arrive . And £4.99 for the privilege . Won’t be using again .

I paid a lot of money and didn't get anything from them. The lie and Said the would send it asap. Nothing happend. Very difficult to reach them. They stop answer mail. And i didn't Get a phonenumber when i ask. Don't pay before u get What u order. Christine

Amazing service. I live about 20 miles from these guys, was driving past the warehouse and popped in. Great bunch! Found out these reviews are competitors, don't listen to all of this! I ordered and it was 1 days late. The volume of orders I saw at this pace ready to be sent was unreal. 1 day late really wasn't the end of the world, these things happen! I order on amzon prime and its a day late sometimes. Set me up with a discount code and all sorts. Will always use this company and feel quite bad that they are being hammered by jelous competitors with bad reviews, but to be fair, it hasn't affected their business!!! Great group.friendly, and have never had service like it.

Ordered for next day delivery. No delivery received. I contacted them by email asking for tracking number which they refused to give me.
They replied stating my order must be lost and offered me a replacement but my flavour was out of stock apparently. They said they will send me another flavour and no response to tracking bore a reply back. I will be contacting my bank. I believe this website is fraudulent as many other reviews are experiencing the same problem.

I placed an order for vapes and e-liquids and have still not arrived. Impossible to contact company, emails not responded to.
-update: when the order did arrive, my orders were replaced with items that I didn’t request or consulted about. It would’ve been A LOT better if I was consulted about items that were out of order before they were replaced

I have ordered from here twice and each time my order doesn't get delivered... And it is the same reason each time. Since I have used them I have have fraud on my card and had many debits come out. Luckily monzo had disputed these and paid me back but it seems it all happened when I started buying from here.. Be warned..

I made a purchase of some vape flavours from this company and the delivery was meant to be next working day. Fast forward almost a week after I made the purchase I decided to email to ask for an update. They got back to me and told me the package had gotten lost and were happy to resend my order however the particular vape flavour I ordered was out of stock so asked what other flavour I would like. I told them I would instead like a refund as I don’t like any of the other flavours. I haven’t had a response since and after looking at reviews I am fearful I won’t receive a refund and have been scammed.

Update: found out this company are a scam; had to go through my bank to get my money back

As many companies mention don't bother trying to call as all you will get is mailbox full.really! In this day and age.
So placed an order said item was in stock received order and they wrote on delivery item discontinued so we swapped and added some free product without an email giving me the choice of a refund. Email sent today stating this is not their choice to send a substitute the product substitution is no use to me as I don't use this particular juice. Think twice before ordering not holding my breath on a refund very misleading or just a way to get money from you. Juicy vapes feel free to respond informing me my refund has been processed happy to return the no use juice back to you recorded delivery at your cost

I am absolutely outraged with this company I made a purchase at the beginning of December and I am still waiting for contact about purchase and items I am disgusted with this and find that they have stolen my money and I can not contact them due to mailbox being full angry is an understatement

My experience with this company was very good. I like their great variety of products. Their shipping to Europe was flawless, could follow up with track and trace and I received all the products that I ordered. Overall positive experience.

All of these bad reviews are ridiculous, surely if something is out of stock at some point and there is a mistake it isn't the end of the world? makes me sick people all jumping on the bandwagon and copying another person writing a negative review.... little keyboard warriors. By FAR the best vape company in the UK. Before I moved to Newcastle I would pop in to see these guys... absolutely lovely, hardworking team who would do anything to help as well as being a very, very big very professional outfit! get a grip with your little reviews people. So sad these little people trying to ruin someone's business id there order was a day late or something was mistakenly not in stock. These have been great to be for 9 years and will NEVER EVER go elsewhere.
