Ordered a car vacuum cleaner. On receipt,it looked more like a toy with no suction power for the average user. On requesting the return of the device, I was told that the specifications were available for you to see and no opportunity was given to allow me to return of the product. Most suppliers will allow you to return the product as unsuitable within a given time.
Do not trust them at all. Unprofessional, promised delivery times never had. Initially available, after bank transfer they were no longer heard from, app not supported by Apple...
Unprofessional, limited technical language. I tried to communicate with a person from their team but I didn't see him as competent at all and with zero approach to problem solving!
an unprofessional company! you have to report progress 10 times to no avail they're just good at stealing money if there was the possibility of inserting the rating at -10 I would insert it save your money and don't entrust tasks to this incompetent company
I connected with the SalesRep Rishab who was very unprofessional. He hanged up while I was speaking. Please train your staff well. With Basic phone etiquettes.
I used Jugnoo's carpool software solution. They had multiple pricing options to choose from. I found it quite convenient because of the multilingual platform. I am also impressed with their fully customised white-label solutions.
