The WORST!!!!

The WORST!!!!! if i could give them less starts I would. Horrible quality. the product looks nothing like the photos and smelled terrible. Honestly the worst quality ever. I paid for 3 day shipping at $20 and got my products in 30 days.
Worse I returned the product by traveling to China and the tried to say they did not receive it. I have been waiting over 4 months for my refund!
Worst company ever!

Not fit for Gifting, Re-Gifting or Donating (or Recycling?)

Don't know what I was thinking, and it's experiences like these that make me believe that I probably suffer from some sort of shopping disorder, so there's that. I got sucked in.

The merchandising and styling, photography, website design and slick promotional for Judedress.com is done really well. Judedress has nailed how to create allure and they do a GREAT job of representing clothing. Too bad the product they ship is NOTHING like what they either represent on their website OR (at least 50% of the time in my experience) in the written product description.

Taken to task over the fact that they described a tunic as being "cotton" and it was polyester, they offered a 20% refund or if I wanted to pay for shipping and handling to return the item to CHINA (ahem, at a cost much greater than the 20% which I guess they already figured out) then that was my choice. THAT was the extent of their customer service, a rather "take it or leave it" approach.

Product sizing is off Off OFF - a XXL has the shoulder dimensions of a petite small and the arm size of a child's medium, and don't even get me started on the fabric. I mentioned polyester, which, like everything, has levels of quality and this is literally the worst quality I've ever touched. It made me ... crawly. I suspect it would melt within close proximity to a heat source (not EVEN an open flame, mind you).

In all seriousness, the styling and photography really makes Judedress items appear quite nice and they are anything but. I honestly wouldn't use either of the tunics I purchased for gift wrap (even ironically). I wouldn't gift, re-gift or donate the tunics I purchased from Judedress. (They may not even be recyclable!)

The worst part (for me) is that I've done this before, lured by the glimmer and sheen of well executed styling and promotion only to find myself in possession of something from a company that probably won't be in business within 6 months, couldn't care less if I'm a satisfied customer and doesn't HAVE a policy to resolve "discrepancies" in their sizing (much less blatant product misrepresentation), and their "refund policy" is nothing but lip-service.

This take-your-money-and-run company is only good at presentation in the virtual realm, they outright suck at manufacturing and fulfillment. (Did I mention the awful polyester?!)

JOKE! SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Shoes on the picture on their website and shoes I received - two different stories. Different shade of the color (top and bottom material). Ugly materials. Different shape of the heels. Cheaply made. Super smelly (glue I guess). It was too expensive to return them. They offered just 10% refund... Joke.... Scam.... PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Same company as JustFashionNow

This is the same company as JustFashionNow. See all their reviews. Appalling company. The dress I got from them was gigantic and they insist you return it to China - telling you that it will be expensive and take a long time. They offer you a derisory amount not to return it (about £4 on a £27 dress for me).

Do Not Order, Deceptive Practicing

I ordered 2 items from Jude Dress in March which after many emails I finally received in May of this year. To my dismay they were not anywhere close to the items I ordered. The boots were cheap plastic & falling apart, not the cool leather ones I ordered & way too wide. The top was 100% cotton & too small & not the fabric or style I ordered from their site. When asked for an auth to return I was told to try to sell them to family or friends. When told no, I wasn't going to do that I was asked if I would be willing to take only a certain percentage of a refund to avoid the high return shipping charges. When told no that they had deceptive advertising & I turned it over to my credit card company that they would be dealing with them as they reimbursed me already that deceptive advertising was illegal & not right & they should be ashamed of such a practice. They tried to say they matched their pictures online with their products as best as they could etc. DO NOT ORDER, LOTS OF B.S.!! You get nowhere & if offered a refund if you return I doubt you would ever see it. Very deceptive practicing!!!

I ordered 2 dresses 6 weeks ago and…

I ordered 2 dresses 6 weeks ago and still have not received them. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and they responded saying my order hadn’t been processed yet due to high order volumes but they would email me when it shipped. I requested a refund again today - over 6 weeks later.
