Awesome looking clothes, sad the weebshop went out of business so I can’t order any more home to sweden

Great customer service we were served by Ashley he was very knowledgeable in the products and stock. He didn’t have the size we were looking for but found an alternative that we were more than happy with. Really friendly and comfortable service.

Embarrassingly bad. Avoid

Placed order and no receipt of delivery, not a single reply to an email and spoke to them twice on the phone and they promised they would ship the items but nothing, just a false tracking number apparently from royal mail.

Ordered a hoodie on the 23rd of November as part of my Sons Xmas present, after trying numerous times to call them, tried through their Facebook page, email and messaged through their Website all to zero response, do not buy if you want any sort of Customer service, ended up having to go through PayPal to get a refund and now said clothing is surprisingly triple the price! Bet if I bought it now it would turn up.

If I could put 0 stars I would, not even 24 hours since the passing of her majesty the queen and this company thinks it’s acceptable to try and use her death as a marketing tool. Receiving a poorly written email about there sale whilst mentioning the queens passing is beyond diabolical. Will no longer be shopping with this company.

This rating is for the customer service or should I say lack of it not for the clothing. 1st e-mail send and had replay really quick on which I was asked for my order number. I have provided it ASAP and no replay for over 2 weeks. What is surprising is that on my last e-mail (yesterday) I have made it very clear that lack of respond will = with this review and that it was not a threat but last chance for them to get back to me. I have kept my word as no respond. This feedback is not to stop any one from buying from them but just to warn all customers that if they will be a problem they might struggle with getting any assistance.

Been waiting 4 days for a email and a phone call. After they told me I'd brought a item that was actually out of stock and decided to wait until I contacted them to tell me! Joke company.

I made a size error with one of the items I was purchasing, I messaged customer service who replied swiftly and changed my order, all within 2 hours. Even though I don’t usually leave reviews, Dan was so lovely and helpful I felt I had to. Keep up the good work JS

I ordered 2 hoodies from Judas Sinned, i like to wash new clothes before i wear them. So i put them in the washing machine on the Hand wash and cold setting and still the hoodies shrunk in size significantly, I messaged Judas Sinned on Facebook Messenger, as soon as i mentioned the clothes Shrunk they stopped replying to me

All good - fast and free delivery and great clothes, can see some review mention sizing however this is a slim fit brand!

Really bad service, I got notification that “judas sinned military crystal overshirt” Is finally available and when open website it was there so I was more than happy to make an order since I was waiting for this shirt long time. Got confirmation of my order and just the next day got info that somebody got this item before me and it’s not available. So why then it was still available on webpage? If you can’t sync the products online properly make sure that you will not make you clients look stupid and unhappy with the purchase. So what do we have by the end waste of time and lots of negative emotions and unsatisfied client.

Good sizes good clothes loads of detail black tracksuit bottoms i got have gone bobbley after washing which kind of ruins them but everything elsewhere i have is quality

Poor sizing and you have to pay for your returns.
Clothing quality seems good though.

Really happy with everything we have bought.had to send a shirt back as needed a bigger size. Spoke with Dan who was really helpful shirt arrived few days later.the clothes are really good quality and wash nice so happy with judus sinned.highly recommend.

I purchased clothes from this brand and now I am disgusted to find they use a racist model who freely posts this on her social media. I do not want my hard earned money going to a bigot who films minority ethnic groups being beaten up, especially when my family is mixed race. Given the brand I would have expected a better standard of moral ethics from them, based on this I do not feel the clothes I purchased are worth the money we purchased them for, knowing where the money goes now. I also believe everyone has a right to know the moral and ethical standing of the company they are purchasing from. If this upsets or offends then perhaps the brand needs to be questioning their own choices, not their customers, as I will never purchase from here again.

Have bought their T-shirt’s for years - love the longline styles. Delivery is always quick.
My only gripe is that the newer styles have much tighter fit around the neck which do tend to cut in to me as I weight train and have an amount of muscle mass so I’ve ended up buying the next size up.

Buy a lot of clothing from Judas sinned for my partner he’s a big gym goer and the clothing fits really well. Love the styles and quality of all the products. Highly recommend. Staff are also very friendly and quick to answer any queries
