You see there you are in denial again so tell me if this is an outside wallet ,why does all the Bitcoin that were paid in on that wallet ,shows on my Jubiter account under transactions if this wallet was not supplied and kept with you?if you didn't supply this wallet and it is an outside one as you claim ,then the transactions won't show on my Jubiter account .Please explain this one . All I want is that 1280 dollars that I bought Bitcoin with ,or the bought Bitcoin send to the right full owner and yet you beat around the bush . When I complemented you here and said you had the best Bitcoin wallet ,why didn't you say here that you don't do Bitcoin wallets anymore????

I have been forced to use Jubiter as a payment method by Bitandcoins on 5 occasions to transfer money to my trading platform with Bitandcoins, not to convert money into Bitcoin.
Only after i tried to withdraw my money i realized it was all a scam and i never had a trading account, almost a videogame screen where i thought i was trading. Needless to say 35000$ later they cleared the acc and i am ruined. I have reported this to Visa Chargeback and by the sound its now Jubiter that will have to refund. I am waiting for the process to take place
I have been contacted by Jubiter and they agreed to their full support to assist Visa to try and do a Chargeback on my transactions.
I can not blame Jubiter for losing the money as they are a platform to convert money into Bitcoin, they could however returned my Bitcoins to me seeing that they do have the Wallet addresses of those scammers.
I would wait to hear if they are going to investigate those addresses like they promised.
Atleast they had the decency to contact me, for that i thank them. Shows they are who they say they are.

Dishonest people try to hard sale!
If you are a Trading platform like what you claim, why keep pushing people for giving away credit card detail?
If you are purely a currency exchange like what you said, why your sales person pushing me so hard for my credit card detail?

This company is ordinary fraudsters, I was supposed to receive money from them, which the man who said at the beginning was an employee of the LV Grow Markets platform assured me. The money has not been transferred to my account but 1400 EUR has been taken from my account. I have never met with Jubiter before. Com and I did not want to entrust them with my money. The case was reported to the bank and to the police.

I joined Jubiter last year July and started of with 10 000 usd and everything seemed ok. Marek Janik was my account manager. Within 5 weeks I made 268 000 usd and at exact amount Marek told me he is taking over my account to optimise for maximum profit and started opening positions up to 20%. Two days later bitcoin went down by 4000 and I then received a phone call from your headoffice asking me for 50 000 usd to save the account. Marek was never heard of again and the money was gone. It took me the best part of a week to get a response so that i could start over again. A new account manager was assigned and the only intrest was to get more and more and more funds out of me with no support at all. everything fell apart and this guy also disappeared.
then Johnathan Hill phoned me and said he is a senior account manager and once again lots off promisses was made and more money invested. I was told that I have a protected account and I can not loose all my money. All the time these guys just sucked every single sent out of me. On Thursday 18 February Johnathan phoned me and said he is going to open a position for 5 on sell and that bitcoin will drop to 38 000. On Friday he phoned me and again asked for more funds, wich i do not have. In the same conversation he stated I do not have to worry as he will personally take care of my account over the weekend. Needless to say, it did not happen at all. I will report everything in clear detail to the authorities. As I suffered a total loss off 40 000 USD investment. It will be on social media for the world to see that the only intention of Jubiter is to suck the life out off their clients.

Ok it seems that jubiter wants to remove my previous review, so I will do it again. @TRUSTPILOT, I am a human writing this review and I have a running case with the Kifid (The Dutch Ombudsman) that is officially taking a look at how Jubiter is facilitating scam broker accounts. I will post that message here:
It’s a shame that I – as a “simple” end client - without any cyber-power like yours - could have gathered all the
evidence and present it in an organized manner which shows that A) we are dealing with sophisticated scammers
and B) you didn’t do your job properly.
By not agreeing to reimburse me, you are also sending a clear message that you have no issues with leaving your
customers miserably victimized.
It is only logical to me that Jubiter, as a licensed financial institution has a duty/obligation to perform compensation
and reimburse clients who fell prey to highly sophisticated and technologically advanced frauds.
I am emotionally devastated by your decision and it does NOT make ANY sense to me – when I transferred money
to these evil FRAUDSTERS I did not know they are a scam – I discovered it later on.
@trustpilot, do not remove this review, this company is not to be trusted with anyones money.

These people are criminals who steal your money without a conscience. The police fraud squad have been informed and hopefully they will shut them down and press charges. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been scammed through this website, do not use this platform, if something will go wrong they will just say they do not take responsibility.
All transactions are anonymous and is not possible to track. AVOID!!!! Use alternative exchange website such as Coinbase or Binance.

Firstly every time you buy bitcoin they will make you load a selfie and ID and go through the verification process. Then after about a day or so they will claim that your ID is illegible and ask you to reload it...even though the image you loaded was crystal clear. So , after you already paid days ago, and after dicking around for a few days they will finally release your bitcoin. Not out of the woods yet though! When you go to send your bitcoin they will hold and delay that transaction too...claiming batch release/liquidity reasons? Isn't that special? They might not even have your bitcoin to send out. They will tell you the bitcoin will be sent to blockchain in a "few hours" but thats a lie . A few hours? Try like a few days. This is the worst bitcoin exchange I've ever used. They are borderline fraudsters. Prepare for constant ,and I mean constant ,delays and problems instead of a quick easy transaction. In addition they like to lock you out from your account/ban your ip address if you bother them too much so lets add that to the list of grievances. I'd encourage folks to report their egregious business behavior to the Estonia consumer protection agency. Note that there's several positive reviews here that are definitely FAKE reviews. And, just take a look at some of the responses from this company shill on here. If you bought bitcoin before you know these responses are bull crap.

I bought bitcoin through Jubiter only to find scammers had accessed my wallet and I am very much out of pocket. Jubiter were helpful in answering all my concerns but were unable to find out who they were. I appreciate all they did and maybe they could implement some sort of system where by they can trace who accesses the wallets or where that bitcoin goes to. I’m not sure, but they were great.cheers

Jupiter for starters unethical with how they handle business. I’ve never seen anything like this and anyone thinking about buying crypto from them, stay away!!
For starters, my account had been verified for months. I made the worst decision to buy bitcoin with my debit card for the amount of $80 usd. I put the information in, took a selife with my card in the picture. Pushed complete order, and it says success.
Hi John,
Good news, your credit card payment was approved! Your Bitcoin will be delivered shortly!
Your order has been flagged for manual review. Our customer service team will make sure your account has been properly verified.
That is the email that was sent immediately after purchase. It states I would be receiving bitcoins in my wallet shortly.....4 hours later and 3 emails I had set to urgent priority level and was completely ignored.
I had put the wrong image in for my step 3 verification (which is not even necessary for my purchase to meet the verification guidelines)
I was not only emailed but texted multiple times that my image was not approved. Isn’t that funny that someone took the time to check my verification and yet no one seemed to urgent on getting my order approved and bitcoins sent.
They said my account was “flagged” for verification and needed manual verification. Why would my account be flagged if I was already verified and approved of all the items necessary?
They give me the run around how they are so backed up etc, and a $80.00 purchase needs manual verification? What kind of business are they running and they claim that you can buy instantly with your debit card for crypto.
There is no such thing as instantly with them and one they have your payment, the sense of urgency is gone and they don’t respond and expect you to wait possibly 24-48 hours.
That’s so unacceptable and I bet they spend a fortune in advertising because no customers will be returning to purchase again with them after how slow and painstaking the whole process is.
I have yet to be returned my $80.00 to my account. The email
Hi John

Order details
Order #804364194
Estimated exchange rate: 18472.33 USD
Total Value: 0.00411426 BTC
Total Authorization: USD 80.00
Not once did I get told I would no longer be allowed to access my account and finally someone emails me and tells me yeah you can’t log in anymore.
Am I a mind reader? And the very in descriptive reason for canceling my order and making me wait 6 hours plus. And my money is still gone.
Email responses are like talking to a robot and they are answering everything but what I want to know.
I can’t believe they are still in business

Jubiter take fraudulent activities using their name very seriously. Thank goodness!
I am satisfied that the people who contacted me on Friday 6th November (see my experience below) were a scam, and I have been saved from monetary loss only by the fact my bank's anti-fraud mechanism prevented my transaction.
Jubiter have contacted me personally to assure me that this is not the way their business works and they suspect the callers were using Jubiter's name fraudulently.
I have therefore changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because I am so pleased that Jubiter have informed me that they are launching an immediate internal investigation into this matter. I don't know what more I can ask of them than that! I am relieved and delighted, and I hope they get to the bottom of this.
The bottom line is that Jubiter have personally assured me they do not make unsolicited sales calls, nor do they harass people, so if anyone reading this has been a victim of an unsolicited call similar to mine (below), and the operator tries to pressure you into purchasing bitcoins from Jubiter, you can be certain this is NOT a legitimate Jubiter operation. Hang up the phone. I would then consider emailing Jubiter's support team to explain what's happened and provide them with the phone number and details of the call.
______________________________________________
My Experience
I was given an hour-long 'hard sell' by unsolicited telephone call on Friday 6th November 2020, between 9:30 - 10:30am on a 0113 number. They pushed and pushed me to order bitcoins through Jubiter and tried to rush me while I was reading Jubiter's terms and conditions (asking me how long I would take every couple of minutes, etc.) They wanted me to do all kinds of things I wasn't comfortable with, including giving them access to my pc (which I refused) and asking me to ignore and override my bank's decision to decline the transaction. At various points during the call I said I needed to think things through, or wait until a better time of the month, etc., but they wouldn't listen, they kept on and on and broke me down. I'm not saying they were rude as such, they were very charming and polite, but I still felt they would never take no for an answer no matter what I said. I got all the way to the card transaction page and put my details in even though deep down I didn't want to. Mercifully my bank declined the transaction. The phone operator pressed me to do the transaction again. Again the bank declined the transaction. At which point I came to my senses and hung up the phone. Now I am receiving a barrage of unwanted phone calls, this time from an 01604 number, presumably because these guys are wanting to finish their job. I am thankfully able to block them using a call-blocker app (where only my contacts can get through), so they are wasting their time.
I am grateful to my bank for blocking my transaction, but I am very upset at how determined these phone operators were to get me to part with my money against my wishes and how close I came to letting them influence me into buying something I didn't want to buy.
If you are reading this because you also received an unsolicited sales call, and the caller tried to get you to buy bitcoins through Jubiter (and you wondered if the call was legit or a scam) don't take any chances. Just hang up.
For anyone who is vulnerable to their brand of sales tactics, like me, just be careful. It may be that there's a better way of getting them to stop pressuring you than just hanging up on them but I couldn't find it - certainly saying you're not interested isn't sufficient.

This business established is the worst I've dealt with in terms of Bitcoin transactions. I made a credit card deposit October 16th and I have yet to receive my funds today which is October 21st. I check the site and it says "pending", I've checked their chat and it states that the office is closed every single day since the 16th. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unprofessional as a business. Do not come to Jubiter for timely transactions, just don't.
