I am writing to you as CEO of Ju.com to…

I am writing to you as CEO of Ju.com to inform you of a very serious situation affecting a group of Spanish investors linked to the JBank product.

I am acting as the representative of several investors who made investments in JBank totaling approximately $500,000 USD. Following these investments, the CMO of JBank unilaterally froze our accounts, preventing us from accessing both team commissions and staking-related funds.

To date, we have not received a clear solution or a satisfactory explanation regarding this situation, which has left us deeply concerned and aggrieved.

Before initiating legal action with the relevant authorities in the affected countries, and before publicly addressing this situation in media outlets and networks related to Ju.com and JBank, we would like to offer you the opportunity to intervene and help resolve this conflict amicably, transparently, and professionally.

We sincerely believe that a negotiated solution would be beneficial for all parties and would help avoid unnecessary reputational damage.

Basically a scam

Initially the Ju.com was very promising - I did the full KYC and was trading successfully for several months, withdrawals were ok too. But then suddenly in a middle of a trade I get this pop-up that the my account is frozen and I cannot trade anymore, a few moments later I was kicked out of my account and couldn't login anymore. The support said that my account is banned permanently and the deposit is confiscated - and no appeal is possible. Very disappointing. I didn't make a screenshot of my UID but can provide an email.

Extremely Concerning Experience – Account Closed, No Transparency, Funds Gone

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an online platform.

My Ju.com account was suddenly frozen and later deleted without any warning, explanation, or evidence of wrongdoing. When the freeze happened, my balance clearly showed around $2,400. I contacted support expecting a normal investigation or clarification.

Instead, I was met with nothing but generic, scripted replies saying I had committed a “serious violation” of their User Agreement. I repeatedly asked what violation they were referring to, but they refused to provide even the most basic detail.

Things became even more concerning when support claimed there was “no principal available.” Later, they changed their explanation again and told me that I had supposedly withdrawn more than I deposited—a statement that contradicts what I personally saw in my account before the ban. When I asked for a simple list of transactions to verify their claim, they refused to provide anything.

Every attempt to request transparency, proof, or even a basic breakdown of my balance was met with the same copy-and-paste message:
“Case is final, no appeal accepted.”

No investigation, no details, no transaction history, no audit—just the door slammed shut.

I’m posting this review because I believe other users deserve to know how my case was handled. A financial platform that freezes an account, wipes the balance, and refuses to provide documentation or clear reasons leaves customers completely powerless.

I sincerely hope Ju.com reconsiders how they treat users and provides the transparency that was denied to me.

Als je winst maakt blokkeren ze je…

Als je winst maakt blokkeren ze je account. Daarnaast is er enkel nep volume. Ik mocht alleen mn initiele storting terug krijgen (maar aangezien ik mijn positie gehedged had op een andere beurs was t gewoon een groot verlies voor mij).

Title: JU.com Exchange — Highly Suspicious and Potentially Fraudulent Platform

Review:
I would like to warn traders and regulators about serious issues with the cryptocurrency exchange JU.com. This platform operates in a highly non-transparent and manipulative way that strongly resembles a scam.

If you are a losing trader, the platform seems fine — no issues arise. However, once you become a profitable trader, JU.com suddenly begins to accuse you of “risk violations” without any clear explanation or proof. They freeze or confiscate your funds, and when you try to appeal, they simply respond that appeals are not accepted and refuse to provide any documentation or reasoning.

This is a clear red flag and a violation of basic financial and ethical principles. Legitimate exchanges provide transparency, communication, and due process for traders — JU.com does none of these. Their approach shows signs of intentional fund seizure from profitable clients, which is unacceptable in a regulated financial environment.

I strongly urge financial authorities and the crypto community to investigate JU.com and protect traders from potential financial abuse.

It is scam

I did one trade, which was profitable, they locked my account due risk control, while I did not anything against any rule, I just open short for one day, it was with profit and they lock my deposit and profit . They stole 8000$ for no reason and no explanation

The worst exchange I've ever seen. They freeze your money for just a few trades and refuse to give it back. All their volumes are risky; they're outright scammers. Don't even try to work with them.

I want to warn everyone about my experience with ju.com. Everything seemed fine at first, but as soon as my account started to make a profit, they immediately FROZE my account.
The worst part is that they did this completely silently. I received absolutely NO email notification, no explanation, and no reason given for this action. I have been completely locked out of accessing my funds.
This is an extremely unprofessional and non-transparent practice. It seems this exchange simply doesn't want its users to win.
I strongly advise everyone to be EXTREMELY CAREFUL and stay away from this platform if you don't want to lose your money for no reason, just like I did.

They took part of my deposit and deleted my account!

I traded on the exchange for about two weeks! I was engaged in inter-exchange arbitrage, after which my transfers and withdrawals were restricted, and then my account was completely deleted! I still have all the screenshots and proof of communication with technical support. Of my total deposit of $23,000, I can only get back 14,337 USDT, and my balance on the exchange is about $33,000. They want to take my profits and my deposit.

They don't accept appeals, and I can't prove fair trading. Don't use this exchange, as your funds could suffer the same damage as mine. Be sure to provide proof of your activity on such dubious sites, as they will revoke access to your account.
