Extremly poor company with very bad products. Their LD snus comes dry as sand to the stores because they store it in room temp for a minimum of 2 months before they deliver them. I spent 20 000 SEK on poor quality products from this shitty brand. Now I will ensure they are banned from the Swedish market.
Using product kensitas club. Please avoid as there is a severe issue where the cherry falls of without reason this has caused my mother to burn herself and items multiple times at first I thought because my mum was old and bed bound she was just being careless so I switched brands myself to check and sure enough these products are extremely loosely packed with not just leaves stems too I've reached out to jti to make them aware in the hope they would take this seriously and act swiftly to ensure these don't result in fires or worse but I'm being told investing this could take several weeks. for a severe issue like this where there is a real possibility of fire or death I expected this to be handled quicker
