Absolutely brilliant training …
From my initial interest in the course communication has been brilliant, prompt replies and called when said they would the delivery of my one to one training course was second to none, Simon is very knowledgeable and friendly, puts you at ease and you feel can ask him as much as you need - highly recommend and will most definitely use for further training - thank you so much for making it straight forward-and I got 39/40 right 🤩 buzzing!

Good materials, well presented.
Online training materials were easy to follow and the accompanying text book PDF was really useful, providing more detail and background. Testing was fairly straightforward and secure. Great to be able to do the assessment, especially given everything happening in 2020.

"Personal Licence Success"...
After my initial contact with Simon Haslam of JSH Solutions it became clear that if i had any concerns or questions in my Personal Licence application process he was indeed qualified and more than happy to advise, this resulted in a pass and all within a week!
Moreover it took place online here in my home in France, which by the way, i'm soon to leave to start a new adventure in a restaurant business in Dartmouth Devon.
Very happy with the service and found it easy and accessible.

Everything was so organised.
And all the time during the course I got support from Simon.
He organised everything so quick and without any delay.
What I like about was i usually get nervous for exam but they make me feel so comfortable (specialty Simon) that I was so relax during course.
Every material and link he send me was useful and prepared me for the test.
I will definitely recommend this and if I want to do more course I will choose them.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend, used them for personal licence. Efficient , friendly and was impressed by the fact my team could take licence exam on site. Also helped with Covid risk assessment to enable us to trade safely .

The course was brilliant. Easy to follow, full of content but not so it overloaded you. I would definitely recommend anyone in the hospitality industry to use this online course to better improve your understanding of Covid as a whole & how best to improve your business practices to keep yourself & your customers safe.
