I ordered on the 3rd and still have not received my order.

Something went wrong with the delivery, so I sent an email. I immediately got a reply saying that they had already sent the correct item. Great service!

Generally my orders arrive on time - when any issues, customer service is will get on it immediately and get things sorted. Products are amazing, in particular the face serum, moisturizer and eye cream!
The free gifts are a really nice touch and useful. Subscriptions are great, offering discounts and can puse, cancel, renew anytime! All in all I'd totally recommend JS Health

I still haven’t received my order

You’re asking me to leave a review and I haven’t received my order yet. For some reason shipping is taking extremely long!

I have always wanted to try their supplements. I am excited but I didn’t realize the delivery would be 10 days so in the future I will plan for this! Thank you.

I have not received my items yet. I ordered my items on November 2nd. I received notification that they were enroute November 3rd. They are still in route with an estimated arrival of November 14th. I hope to receive everything soon as I am excited to try them out. This is my first time buying from JS Health.

The Hair and Energy is the only product after trying tons that really worked for me. Really good products and sometimes full size samples are included in your orders. They have products for all the things women need to address! Love.
