A local, Earth-friendly, quality company
It is wonderful to be supporting a more local producer who is also committed to creating items that are so comfortable and attractive, while kind to the Earth and its inhabitants. I was gifted two Rozenbroek products for my birthday, which led almost immediately to buying more. I hope this company goes from strength to strength, and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Worst customer experience I've ever had
I ordered a jacket online from the sample sale. Jacket arrived and the cuffs weren't set in properly and hung at an awkward angle, an obvious fault. The overall quality wasn't great and had a check lining not shown in the photos. Overall impressions are of something you'd buy from Topman in the early 2000s and no where near the £90 price mark.
So, I sent the jacket back. Now it states online that sample sale items are non returnable, which I'm fine with, but as the jacket had obvious faults I get this constituted a refund, you'd think that was reasonable?...
several weeks went by and despite emailing and sending a private message on instagram there was no response. I finally got a response when leaving a comment on one of the instagram posts. Jade, the business owner, informed me that the jacket was damaged, and sent me photos of some cuts that were on the front of the jacket. and that I was not due a refund. I asked if it looked like the damage was caused in transit or when opening the return? No, Jade instead tried to imply that the damage was caused deliberately by myself. And has point blank refused to acknowledge that it may have been in transit or when opening.
I've never experienced customer service like it. I try to shop with independent small scale producers, but experiences like this make me wonder why I bother.
This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's dishonest and as a customer I'm made to feel like a liar and that I've somehow done something wrong. I'm just trying to return faulty goods.
No doubt Jade will reply to this review with some made up story. The brand strikes me as one that could never see itself at fault.
Please avoids spending your hard earned money with them, it will ultimately leave you disappointed or, like me £90 out of pocket.

Received lovely bra and pant set for Christmas, unfortunately wrong size and colour. Emailed 3 times before getting a reply from Rozenbroek, having had to track down an alternative email address. Returned agreed and sent off. No response, sent chasing email, no response, sent second email, returned had not been received!! Didn't spend an extra £7 for tracking therefore no Christmas present. Similar experience last summer also. Admin and communication needs to match the product.

Sadly too big….
Rozenbroek’s sustainability/ small-batch production is really in line with my approach to buying clothes. Concerned about the length and size of the dress for a petite frame, they reassured me the dress would fit. I sent my measurements and received a photo of the dress being made. However, on arrival the dress was waaaaay too big. Nicely made, a little thinner than I imagined but totally not my side. I was also disappointed I had to pay for the return but I guess they’re a small company. Waiting for a refund now but I would still recommend them if you’re above 5’4.
Men’s underwear very poor quality
I have been extremely disappointed with bobbling on back of men’s trunks I bought after very short time, maybe 2 washes. And very disappointed that when I have raised this via a contact form on website I’ve had no response whatsoever. This is despite them being very £££.
I have also recently bought men’s boxer shorts which have also developed a hole very quickly (bought them before knew about other problem). I do want to support a small business like this with such great ethical aims but quality and lack of customer service has been huge let down.

A few months ago I placed my first order on this shop. Delivery was a bit slow, but at first I was happy with my purchase because the items I got looked very good. Unfortunately, one of those items, an off-white mini skirt, is ripping apart after wearing it only 4-5 times. This is unbelievable.
