Scam company, DO NOT BUY. Absolute nightmare. Bought off ebay. Sent it, never received it. Ebay said to return it, but I couldnt as I never had it! JRLinton made an application that wasnt returned in time frame and so ebay didnt enforce the refund. So I'm out of pocket and had to buy elsewhere. Really beggers belief ebay and JRlinton are in co-hoots to scam buyers. Details to prove if required via clery forensics website. Fedex proof of 'still in delivery' under tracking ref: 256590444069.

JR Linton supplies all my office electrical, my laptops, screens, printers and WiFi equipment.

They have great customer service and they have the top me to listen and help if there is ever any issue I need assistance with.

I found this company by pure accident and it turned out to be one of the best buys i did for a while. The team was so helpful to assist and advise me on what to choose, as I'm not very tech savvy. Moreover they helped to downgrade the operating system on my pc for me. A great company, will recommend to everyone! Amazing customer service, fast communication!

I needed a blu ray burner to go with my new Windows 8 laptop. Surfing the web, it soon became apparent that I would get the best piece of kit at the most competitive price at JR Linton Electricals. I didn't, at first, realise that:
(i) my blu-ray burner would arrive much quicker than promised,
(ii) J R Linton Electricals would give me a free tutorial over the phone into the vagaries of Windows 8 (I wish now that I had bought my new laptop from them!), and
(iii) they would, patiently and friendlily, help me use my new blu ray burner to create a Windows 8 Recovery Disc for my new laptop.

I had been looking for quite some time to buy a laptop which wasn’t available in my country. JR Linton proved to be the perfect seller for me: they ship to all EU countries with the laptop in question covered by an international warranty and all this at an average price! Moreover I can only praise the customer service – Rachel always replied my emails promptly and was very efficient and accurate in her statements. The product proved to be exactly as specified.

A tiny detail was that I paid for express courier service, which service I was advised would take from 3 to 5 days but it actually arrived some 9 days later. However this small hitch was from the courier side not the seller since I knew that the laptop was delivered to the courier centre as soon as I paid.

All in all I would recommend JR Linton to all my friends - I would certainly turn back to them for my next purchase!

Great customer service. Very Reliable and managed to fix my laptop extremely quick. Staff were very friendly. They were even kind enough to pick up my laptop and also deliver it back when it was fixed which is excellent baring in mind pc world don't do anything like that. it saved me time and money! I have now recommended all of my friends and they too are very satisfied with the service and will be using again!

JR Linton performed a number of services for us when our office server went down, they worked through the night to have the work completed as soon as possible and tried to cause the least amount of disruption to the office. We have been using the computers and system for approximately 4 weeks since the service crashed and was repaired by JR Linton and it has been working effectively ever since. I would recommend the service to anyone. The price was also reasonable for the work carried out and the products ordered. We will as a result of their great work be using JR Linton on a contract basis to assist us with any service issues we may have in the future.

I needed a replacement monitor urgently. Customer service got in contact with my via phone and helped me sorted everything out really quickly.

JR linton's customer service was great, they kept me up to date with My delivery and the guy was very helpful and friendly. However the delivery company's customer's service is nothing to write home about. He expected me to pick up my projector screen from the ground floor because it wouldn't fit in the lift and then after much arguing he brought it upstairs and dumped it in front of my door. This I found really annoying. The good thing is the projector was the right fit and I'm enjoying it now.

I'm new to the delights of using an iPad, and still discovering what I can do with it. I knew I could watch and download TV programmes but I was at a loss to understand how to watch downloaded programmes I was catching up on, on my TV. I Googled my query and JR Linton was the first company on the page. I telephoned and spoke to Jeremy who patiently, professionally and courteously explained how I could do it, and what needed to do it. The transaction was effected and he said he would talk to the despatch department about getting to me quickly as I was going on holiday. The items arrived about mid morning the next day, less than 24hours after my telephone call. Jeremy called me later to ask if all was OK. Great service and my problem is solved. I'd have no hesitation in recommending JR Linton.

Fast response to my emails, even late at night. Straight forward order process and super fast delivery.

We ordered a new Samsung monitor for the office and after realising we opt for 3-5 days delivery but after our old monitor finally gave up on us we knew we had to get the new monitor faster, rang up JR Linton the next morning to get it delivered faster and at a specific time of the day and very helpful in arranging this and so the monitor arrived 10AM the next morning as requested.

Really helpful pre-purchase support, fast and efficient delivery, excellent support program. Couldn't ask for more - thank you.

I ordered a web cam with integrated microphone. It arrived on time and was as described on the JR Linton website.

I was extremely impressed with JR Linton Electricals. I rang at 4.55 on a Friday afternoon, desperate to have the article delivered the next day. After a last minute dash to the warehouse, with barely three minutes left until it closed, the gentleman who was utterly courteous at all times, sorted it and it was delivered first thing on Saturday morning.

Excellent service.

Very poor, cancelled my order, not responding to my communications. Avoid.
