Easy and trouble free ordering experience.
Ordered online to pay on delivery, 5 days later got notification that order was on its way, got regular updates for tracking. Logs delivered to us on our drive. Good quality wood and bags were full to the brim.
Good value and service. Can't fault it, will use again.
Ordered hard wood 2024 September took 3 months to get a refund delivery date moved 13 times in 14 weeks never delivered. Went through credit card for full refund and they Jps left me £33 out of pocket after refund they kept delivery cost. totally avoid at all cost. If you have issues with this company I have multiple mobile number for there staff
Would be zero if possible. This man is a liar and is aggressive when challenged about the wet soaked mouldy and moss ridden wood he sells as seasoned and compliant with current regulations.Offered to collect and refund but unsurprisingly he hasn’t been in contact again. I placed an order for a log delivery in December and it gave me an estimated delivery date of 30th December. By mid January I still hadn't heard from them so I emailed them which was ignored. I tried to call and left a message and went on the website and filled in a contact. They then emailed back saying all orders would be filled by the end of the month. So now it's February and I've emailed again asking for a refund. I get a call and they said the delivery is due in March. I disagreed and tried to explain what had happened so far but was interrupted and told to shut up as I was annoying him as he wanted to speak. So I kept quiet whilst he explained that they had a new ordering system which had caused the same problem for a lot of people and that I had selected delay order and that March was in big letters on the order (it certainly doesn't appear anywhere in my email order confirmation!). He has agreed to refund me but the customer service has been absolutely appalling.
