Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde und habe hier sehr oft bestellt. Qualität der Produkte ist durchgehend gut, Druck passt, Stoffe fühlen sich wertig an, grundsätzlich nie größere Probleme gehabt.
Zwei ehrliche Punkte:
Die Größen sind über die Jahre nicht mehr wirklich peilgetreu. Gleiche Größe, gleiche Artikelart, aber gefühlt werden die Teile immer einen Tick kleiner. Das ist messbar, nicht Einbildung. Nervt.
Bei der letzten Bestellung war die Packliste korrekt, aber ein Teil hat gefehlt. Support hat erst nach knapp einem Monat reagiert, Bearbeitung läuft jetzt. Zusätzlich ist meine Retoure seit 28-29 Tagen im Retourenzentrum, bisher keine Erstattung. Das ist einfach zu langsam, auch wenn Weihnachtszeit eventuell eine Rolle spielt.
Unterm Strich: Produktqualität top, Marke grundsätzlich solide, aber Größenkonsistenz und Servicegeschwindigkeit müssen besser werden.
